Reiki 1- 2 day workshop - Sunday 1st & Sunday 8th March

Are you ready to connect to your heart, openly , unconditionally, to allow yourself to step into a new version of you?

Reiki is a beautiful modality that allows you to connect deeply and be open to channel universal energy through hands-on healing techniques.

Reiki 1 focuses on awakening the inner healer within us.

In this workshop, you will learn:

* What is Reiki energy
* History of Reiki
* Learn the Chakra energy system
* How to give a full Reiki treatment
* How to give yourself a full Reiki healing treatment

In this workshop, you will experience:

* Meditation
* 4 attunements over the 2 days
* Give & receive numerous Reiki treatments
* Deeper connection to yourself & others around you
* Release & recognise any fears that might be holding you back from making progress in your life.
* A sense of being grounded, calm & balanced.

Join me at our First Reiki share gathering of 2026 on Monday 9th February.
These nights have been an anchor to not only my students but anyone that has been attuned to reiki- we welcome all..

When I first started in my Reiki journey I didn’t have a tribe or anyone I felt I could practice giving and receiving with in a safe non judgemental space. We aren’t meant to do all of our growth alone- we need community- we need mirrors in others & we also need to give ourselves permission to just show up and be loved, seen, witnessed & supported .
Even if you haven’t connected to the practice or the essence of Reiki recently- join us for a night for meditation, group energy healings , snacks & community ..
Prerequisite is Reiki 1.

Join me in Congratulating these new Reiki 2 practitioners on completing their training yesterday !
This group quite literally played out the balancing and acceptance of the strength of the inner masculine and the intuition of the divine feminine within us all. I know that at times this was uncomfortable but they all dug deep , stayed respectful and got through it and also hopefully gained a deeper awareness of themselves , their perceptions and what’s holding them back..
All of these students excelled at the distance healing element which also allowed them to witness their own abilities to become the “hollow bone” and to get out of their own way and become a pure channel of intuition..
I can t wait to witness them bloom even further after their 21 day integration healing period.

Julia is a wonderful physiotherapist who also happens to be one of my Reiki students. I’m thrilled I can help support her as she offers this beautiful afternoon session to the local community. .

Meet Julia.
Bio: I have been a physiotherapist for 10 years and have always wanted to support my clients beyond just the physical modality. At one point, my own health was shaped by pain and fatigue. I felt stuck, which eventually led me to breathwork. 

My first breathwork session was transformative. I experienced a deep release of emotional trauma tied to my physical pain and gained clarity on what my body needed. From that moment, I knew I had to learn breathwork to offer the same to my clients. I completed my Rebirthing Breathwork Practitioner training with Embodied Breath Academy in 2021 and have taught hundreds of sessions since then. 

I believe that every person already has the tools within to guide them to better health - their intuition! I love to hold space for people so that they can feel safe to dive deep into themselves, helping them to find the answers they already have.
