Chào mọi người!

Cần Cả Một Ngôi Làng – Và Tôi Thật Sự Biết Ơn "Làng" Của Mình

Trong kỳ nghỉ học vừa rồi, tôi phải đưa con trai đến chỗ làm cùng. Con tôi ngoan đến 80% – nhưng dù sao thì thằng bé vẫn là một đứa trẻ, và sự chán nản là điều không tránh khỏi.

Gửi đến những khách hàng đáng yêu đã đón nhận con tôi với sự kiên nhẫn và lòng tốt – xin cảm ơn. Sự ủng hộ của mọi người thật sự có ý nghĩa rất lớn đối với tôi.

Cân bằng giữa công việc và việc làm mẹ chưa bao giờ là dễ dàng. Câu nói "cần cả một ngôi làng để nuôi dạy một đứa trẻ" thật sự rất đúng. Một trong những lý do tôi thành lập Brighter Ears chính là để tạo sự linh hoạt – để tôi có thể hỗ trợ khách hàng mà vẫn hiện diện bên con trai mình.

Không phải ai cũng hiểu điều đó, và đúng là đã có vài lời phàn nàn. Điều đó khiến tôi buồn – nhưng tôi hiểu. Không phải ai cũng nhìn thấy được toàn cảnh.

Nhưng phần lớn mọi người lại thể hiện sự quan tâm, đề nghị giúp đỡ, thậm chí trông nom bé Noah để tôi có thể tiếp tục với khách hàng tiếp theo. Những hành động tử tế nhỏ bé đó – chính là tất cả đối với tôi.

Brighter Ears không chỉ là về sức khỏe thính giác. Đó còn là cộng đồng, là cuộc sống thật, và là sự kết nối. Đó là việc hỗ trợ nhau theo những cách thực sự ý nghĩa.

Gửi đến những ai đã đón nhận cả công việc và gia đình nhỏ của tôi – xin cảm ơn. Ngôi làng mà chúng ta đang cùng nhau xây dựng? Tôi thật sự biết ơn vì được là một phần trong đó.

Hi Everyone

It Takes a Village – And I’m So Grateful for Mine

Over the school holidays, I had to bring my son to work. He was 80% great—but he’s a kid, and boredom did kick in.

To the lovely clients who welcomed him with patience and kindness, thank you. Your support meant the world.

Balancing work and parenting isn’t easy. The saying “it takes a village” is so true. One reason I started Brighter Ears was to create flexibility—to be able to support my clients while still being there for my son.

Some haven’t understood, and yes, a few complaints came in. That hurt—but I get it. Not everyone sees the whole picture.

But more of you have shown care, offered help, and even looked after Noah so I could move to my next client. Those little acts of kindness are everything.

Brighter Ears isn’t just about hearing health. It’s about community, real life, and connection. It’s about supporting each other in all the ways that matter.

To those who’ve embraced both my work and my little family—thank you. This village we’re building together? I’m so grateful to be part of it.

A Journey of Gratitude: My Story

I was born in Dalat, Vietnam, a place full of amazing food and friendly people. My family came to Australia as refugees when I was young. I spent my early years in refugee camps before we finally settled in Inala. My uncles and aunties helped my parents get settled here, offering support and love when we had very little.

We eventually moved to Collingwood Park, where I grew up. My mum worked multiple jobs to provide for us, while my dad left and my brother tragically passed away. It was a tough time, and I was bullied at various points in my life, but my family, friends, and even strangers helped me push through. These experiences taught me about resilience, the importance of community, and how kindness can change a life.

I started Brighter Ears because I wanted to make hearing health accessible to everyone. I know what it’s like to face challenges, and I’m here to make sure you never feel like you’re on your own. I don’t just offer hearing solutions—I offer a chance to connect, to be heard, and to make life a little easier.

At Brighter Ears, I want to hear your story. I want to know what matters to you, and together, we can work towards helping you live a healthier, more connected life. I’m here to listen and support you every step of the way.
