Alana Movric - Senior Therapist
Remedial Massage Therapist & Osteopathy Student

Alana is a qualified Remedial Massage Therapist with vast professional experience, including working with elite athletes from the Western Bulldogs AFL Men’s and Women’s teams. She completed her Diploma of Remedial Massage at Victoria University and is currently expanding her expertise by studying to become an Osteopath.

Alana is dedicated to helping people move and feel their best. Her treatments are individually tailored and may include deep tissue, soft tissue therapy, cupping, sports massage, pregnancy massage, relaxation, and taping. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, managing chronic pain, or looking to optimise your physical health, Alana brings a high-performance mindset and a compassionate approach to every session.

Alana will be available for treatment every:
Wednesday 11:00am - 7:15pm Saturdays 9:15am - 4:00pm

Alana’s treatments are all covered by private health insurance.

Mitch brings to Flux Therapy a vast knowledge and experience within the elite sporting arena. Mitch has completed a Bachelor of Health Sciences, majoring in Exercise Science, Nutrition and Sport Coaching through Deakin University, as well as a Diploma in Remedial Massage at Victoria University Polytechnic.

Mitch's clinical experience includes working as a Remedial Therapist with the Western Bulldogs Football Club AFL and AFLW teams. In addition, he's had the pleasure to work alongside industry leading Physiotherapists and Exercise Physiologists at a Neurological Rehabilitation Physiotherapy clinic as an Allied Health Assistant. During this time Mitch had the opportunity to assist players from the AFL, Super Rugby (Rugby Union) and National Rugby League (NRL).

Mitch has an evident passion for sport and fitness. This passion has allowed him to travel both domestically and internationally as a middle distance athlete. In addition to this, he holds his Level 2 Athletics Australia Coaching Accreditation and has coached Cross Country/Track and Field at a secondary school, State and National level (including Australian medalists), as well as assisting other athletes in their fitness and pre-season training.

Lauren graduated from Melbourne Institute of Massage and Myotherapy (MIMT) with a Diploma of Remedial Massage, where she worked alongside grass roots football and netball teams to put her skills into practice before graduating 💆🏻

Her love of sport found Lauren working and developing her elite skillset as a massage therapist alongside industry leading practitioners at Melbourne Storm, Melbourne Rebels, and various other rugby league teams 🏉

Lauren utilises her knowledge of the musculoskeletal system and biomechanics, to assist in pinpointing our client’s problem areas and reducing their pain!
