Pulsatilla 30c from the Pulsatilla Pratensis or Nigricans plantmay help congestive sinus symptoms where discharges are thick yellow-green. It seems to helps patients when they are very weepy, clingily, feeling ungrounded and very dependent on support from others - making it a great separation anxiety remedy.
