Reformer Pilates Small Group Classes - 4 per session
Improve core strength, balance, strength and flexibility using our high-quality reformer beds.

These classes are designed to teach you how to use the reformer from the basics and teach you the foundations of core connection and controlled movement to improve technique and get the most out of your reformer pilates experience.

Any age. All levels.
Classes of 4, but also tailored for each student to work at your level, modifying or extending as needed.

You might prefer to have personal guidance from an experienced trainer. If this is what you’re looking for I have daytime availability for 30 minute sessions!

A memory came up from me in December in 2013 with a caption ‘at what age do you stop doing cartwheels on a beach?’
Back then at the age of 40, I loved cartwheeling … um hang on a minute …next pic from today 👉
Now moving into 2026…. 13 years on and yes! Still cartwheeling! Now just to find a beach 😅
I spent some time with my nieces on Christmas Day in handstands and backbends in the backyard- so my answer to my own question from 13 years ago is, ‘never!’

A 2025 wrap up at Yoga 101

✨To the knowledgeable, compassionate, genuine teachers at 101.. Thank you with my whole heart. You have continued to inspire and hold space for our wonderful community and your support is always seen . I love you all 💕

✨We congratulated eight new yoga teachers who have just completed their yoga teacher training course with us in 2025

✨We welcomed new teachers into our studio, Joni, who taught philosophy and meditation, as well as filling in for Leesa on Fridays,
Bec who holds our Tuesday 8 AM yoga class and
Ava, who teaches on Monday morning stretch yoga at 10:30 AM and Wednesday, yin and sound at 7:30 PM

✨We sent best wishes to two of our yoga teachers who are on maternity leave and will return next year, Bec and Georgia. And welcome two of our youngest yogis into the world 💫🥰🥰
We look forward to seeing you back in 2026

✨A very special mention to Maria who has been with us for so many years, facilitating, healing yoga classes, Reiki and holistic healing massages . We will miss you, but also wish you the greatest joys on your next adventures (somewhere near a beach 🏖️)

Do you want to learn stretching techniques that work?

This is an online, prerecorded course that you can start at anytime and practice anywhere.

You can do the course for 14 days or you can redo/continue practicing the course for as long as you like 🫶

To improve your flexibility and range of movement, you will gain most benefit when done consistently, and the beauty of this course is that it only takes at most 15 minutes each day, which is so achievable for everybody.

The course is a combination of pre-recorded videos to practice with me and a PDF document that has stretches and explanations of how to do each of the stretches.

At such an affordable price of $30 you have a lifetime access to this course.

This means that you can come back to it when you have time or continue practicing it to continue improving your flexibility and your mobility

I actually made this course because so many people would tell me that they can’t ‘do’ Yoga because they didn’t feel that they were flexible enough …. and even though you don’t have to be flexible to practice yoga, sometimes a little ‘head start’ practicing in the comfort of your own home is a nice way to begin.

Well, a revamp of our stretch yoga class
Mobility is the key to better range of movement, flexibility, injury prevention and active recovery.

This class combines myofascial releases, mobility training and stretches to assist your body to feel freer and move with strength and ease.

Perfect for all levels!

This is absolutely the most comprehensive and effective way to improve mobility, flexibility and my absolute favourite way to train my body!
Practicing this, even once a week, will absolutely transform your posture and functional movement!!

MOBILITY

As an example of how our range of movement reduces over time, let’s say, somebody that worked at an office desk all day, that gets up out of bed, gets into the car (sits down), drives to work, sits at the desk all day, goes back to their car, sits down in the car, drives home, sits on the couch, goes to bed.

Does that on repeat …

And now has a sore lower back, tight shoulders, poor digestion, low energy, low motivation, lowered immune system, poor posture.

I have seen how bodies adapt to their environment- if we tend to sit a lot, our body will adjust accordingly and tighten in certain areas and weaken in others.

But, the good news is, that our body adapts and so if we strengthen our body and stretch and release tight muscles, we will see improved posture, better range of movement, improved breathing ability, improved stress responses, improved digestion, circulation and immunity!

Movement is medicine.

Over the next few days I’ll post some simple movements that only take minutes and your body will thank you for!

Beginners are encouraged to attend our classes!

When you learn pilates principles and how to execute some of the classic exercises you can then adapt those into more dynamic and integrated exercises and feel strong, confident, motivated to live your best life!
