This class combines myofascial releases, mobility training and stretches to assist your body to feel freer and move with strength and ease.

This is absolutely the most comprehensive and effective way to improve mobility, flexibility and my absolute favourite way to train my body!
Practicing this, even once a week, will absolutely transform your posture and functional movement!!
The class is completed with a breathwork practice to improve your overall health and vitality…
