✨We sent best wishes to two of our yoga teachers who are on maternity leave and will return next year, Bec and Georgia. And welcome two of our youngest yogis into the world 💫🥰🥰
We look forward to seeing you back in 2026
✨A very special mention to Maria who has been with us for so many years, facilitating, healing yoga classes, Reiki and holistic healing massages . We will miss you, but also wish you the greatest joys on your next adventures (somewhere near a beach 🏖️)
Maria, thank you for your kindness, your generosity, and your love, your beautiful smile, the best hugs, your joyful and positive nature. You have definitely made a difference for all of us here at Yoga 101.
✨And finally, I would like to say a very warm thank you to all of our Yoga and Pilates students who have attended classes this year with us and made our community the most kind and caring environment that welcomes all people
I am always forever grateful for every single one of you that continues to support us and keep our studio open and available for our community.
You are not only showing up for yourself on the yoga mat, but without even realizing it, you are supporting so many others on their body, mind and spiritual healing journey 🙏
