Hi, I’m Amanda – a degree qualified naturopath, science nerd, yoga teacher,
bibliophile, dog mum and chai connoisseur who’s ridden the waves of chronic
disease and autoimmunity.
After years of chronic pain, exhaustion, dismissal, unsuccessful treatments and
coping with an uncooperative body, I decided there had to be a better way.
That was the beginning, the moment that led me here, to the work I do today.
My practice is a blend of science and compassion. I’ve been where you are.
So what led me to become a naturopath, passionate about helping people find the
answers, being their most supportive cheerleader along the way?
My experiences have led me to become a deeply empathetic practitioner, who’ll holdthe space you need and hear your story. I come to my work with an inclusive, neuro-affirming and trauma-informed approach, where your care is the only priority. No dismissal, only answers. I’m so grateful to have the opportunity to support you to reach your goals, serving the Sunbury at The Floatesium. Bookings are open Tuesdays and Thursdays 2.30pm to 8pm, beginning the 6th January 2026. I can’t wait to meet you.
