To all the families that have lost their baby sending you a massive hug.

Whether it's at 1 week or 43 weeks it's awful and incredibly hard for any family to navigate.

Not having gone through it myself as a mother I can't even comprehend what this would feel like and I'm not going to try. All I can say is I'm really sorry you have been dealt this hand and my thoughts are with you on this day.

🤱Are looking to be more educated about birth? Are you a first time mumma or a mumma looking to do differently this time?

👨‍🔧My goal is for you and your support partner to walk away excited, more knowledgeable & with a tool box full of ideas on what to expect from your birthing day.

🏥We cover all avenues birth can take, not just a quite natural birth.

🧠You will learn how to use your body, brain and hormones to help you work with your baby on one of the most intense days of your life.

🏋️‍♀️Birth is the equivalent of a marathon so why not do some training for it.

💖Partners love knowing how they can actually help, and this course will give them loads they can do to help along with more understanding on what's actually going on for mum and bubs during this time.
