I am ecstatic to be offering 30 minute weekly group Breathflow classes, where we can explore functional breathing patterns, up regulation and down regulation breathing patterns. These are tools you can take with you, and utilise whenever you need to check back in with yourself ❤️‍🔥

I am also offering 1:1 Breathwork sessions. These begin with a short enquiry call, where we can chat about what might suit you. 1:1 sessions are fully personalised to you; we can explore functional breath, up regulation, down regulation, or transformational breath. These sessions provide a safe space for deep personal inquiry and growth 🙏

Breathwork - taking conscious control of your inhale and exhale 🫁
Why? The breath is the bridge between the physical body and the nervous system; so when we consciously breathe, we impact not only our physical health but our mental health too!

I am feeling so full of gratitude, inspiration, excitement, awe, the list could go on!
There are simply no words that could possibly describe the 5 days I was lucky enough to spend with Timmy and Jac from , , , and 19 other incredible beings whose paths I was lucky enough to cross
I won’t go on and on about my time or experiences for now, but I’ll happily share if you’d like to know more!

I am so honoured to be a Certified Flow Institute Australia Breathwork Facilitator.
Breathwork is an amazing, empowering, somatic, and under-utilised tool

You’ll soon notice Group Breathflow at Subtle Strength, where we can explore the functionality of breath, up regulation and down regulation breath practices and tools for you to take forward on your journey… as well as 1:1 Transformational Breathwork experiences, that may allows you to safely explore, process, and move emotions, traumas, stories, and experiences, that have been left stuck in your physical body by the nervous system
