🫁 Breathwork is essential (everyday, with or without awareness)

🫁 Breathwork is regulation; it can be this and it can be that (in the words of .noad )

🫁 Breathwork is restful, calming, quiet
🫁 Breathwork is powerful, strong
🫁 Breathwork is for physical health
🫁 Breathwork is for mental health

🫁 Breathwork gives you the autonomy and space to utilise the skills you have, when you need them!

🫁 Breathwork is connection to oneself and to others… we all breathe the same air!

🫁 Breathwork is the connection between the physical and the emotional… we know it’s there because we can feel it, even if we can’t see it!

How do you rest… Not just sleep, but let your whole being rest??
Physical body, nervous system, and brain
Turn off distractions and find ease? 🤲

Is that something you choose to find time for?

It’s so special to offer a space for people to rest in; taking practices from Yoga, Breathwork, and somatic exploration, supporting you to find ease in your whole being

This was a 15 minute practice of my own (waterfall pose is a favourite of mine, thank you !), but sometimes I just take three intentional breaths, a body scan, and let my wriggles out; a quick rest and reset 🔀

For some people I hold this space for 30 minutes, for some people I hold this space for 90 minutes. Sometimes there is movement, sometimes it’s just stillness… Every session is different, and created intentionally for you ❤️‍🔥

A 500+ hour comprehensive (across all apparatuses) training of the Pilates Method!
I’ll be sharing more on this throughout the year, I’m very excited!
