Turns out ...NOT spending your hard earned cash may NOT be the best idea.
Use it or you'll lose it type of scenario.
You can especially feel very justified in spending on yourself for health based items such as electric lift chairs or electric adjustable beds...knowing that the prices at Village Mobility & Health are waaaay cheaper than at ndis " industry " stores. That is a sad state of affairs...

The COMO Electric Lift to Stand Recliner.
ONLY $1,399.

IT is rated to lift 160kg but it WILL cope with 200kg lift BECAUSE the specifications include the heaviest duty TWIN OKIN (German) MOTORS.

Mind you... if you are 160kg & above you will not fit into the chair.

On the other hand...maybe you are more than 100kg and you have grandchildren or pets that like to sit on your lap.... you can be confident that you will not burden the motors.

The frame is REALLY STURDY.
The hand control is simple and easy to use.
There is a tab on the left side for the control to hang from. There is also a pocket on the same side where you can hide your TV remote or anything else.

The fabric (one colour only - mid grey) is commercial quality, hard-wearing and easy to clean.
Tested to 80,000 rubs for the Martindale Rub Test. You might not know what that means exactly (google will tell you)...BUT all you need to remember...that is a very big number.
If you know about fabrics- the Sanderson 100% Linen upholstery fabrics we used to sell in the 1990s for lounge suites had a Martindale score of 12,000 rubs.
