Brilliant share!

☀️Skin cancer rates are up.
Sun exposure is down.
Make that make sense.

We’ve been told to fear the sun for decades—
Wear sunscreen every day.
Avoid midday light.
Stay inside “to protect your skin.”

And what happened?

🔺 Skin cancer went up.
🔺 Autoimmune disease exploded.
🔺 Mental health tanked.
🔺 Hormones flatlined.
🔺 Chronic illness became the norm.

What if the real problem… isn’t the sun?
What if the problem is the way we live disconnected from it?

Your body was designed to thrive in natural light.
Not LED bulbs.
Not fluorescent office lighting.
Not blue screens at midnight.

☀️ Sunlight regulates everything from your sleep to your immune system to your energy production.
It tells your body when to heal, when to rest, when to detox, and how to function.

But instead of reconnecting to light, we created a chemical barrier to block it out—
and called it protection.

The result?
A generation of people who are light-deficient, inflamed, exhausted, and sick—
despite doing “all the right things.”

I hear this after almost every session.

But here’s the thing, kinesiology isn’t magic. It’s understanding the body’s energy, stress responses, and deep-held patterns.

One client put it best:

“Claire was nothing short of sensational. She really does know her stuff and it shows. This was a session I wanted to try yet didn’t know how much I needed it!”

It feels like magic because it works in a way that goes beyond words. The body speaks, and when we learn to listen, healing happens.
