REOPENING STUDIO AUGUST 2026

🌟🧘‍♀️✨ Stretching into motherhood one pose at a time! I will be closing my studio for maternity leave after my last classes on Saturday, March 21, 2026.

I’m very excited to embrace the journey of family with Mitchy. I’ll still be here for my amazing clients with online programming and phone coaching. Can’t wait to welcome new beginnings in April 2026! 💪💖👶

Group energy can be contagious. When you see others pushing through a tough workout, it encourages you to do the same — way harder to bail when you have the support of a squad.

Sound Healing Meditation

Be verbally guided through the Ashtanga Vinyasa system, fostering flexibility, stamina, and strength. We are the Centre for kids who can’t lift good. And who want to learn other stuff good too. 🏋🏻‍♀️

Mostly we train adults ( some behave like kids)

In strength classes we help our clients build up confidence, technique and get strong in barbell lifts. This week we are testing:
Deadlifts
Back squats
Barbell Hip thurst
Strict Press
Bench Press

We also program in some mobility, sometimes handstands and single leg stability drills like pistol squats. We like to do all the fun stuff too👍🏻🤸‍♂️

Most of our clients come to us have never tried barbell exercises in the gym and it is so rewarding to see them replace fear with confidence and hit some heavy personal bests. 👏🏻

Ashtanga Yoga
Mondays at 7:15am

60min format.

The full series is about 75 poses takes an hour and a half to two hours to complete, beginning with sun salutations (surya namaskara A and surya namaskara B) and moving on to standing poses, seated poses, inversions, and backbends before relaxation.

Come join my yoga guru; Tracy Cooper, for a shortened format of this practice. Tracy has been teaching and studying yoga for 30years.

As the yoga poses and format stay the same each practice, Ashtanga bring a deep awareness of breath and mindful movement.

A fun and friendly environment were you can start with light weights learn technique and build up strength over time.

Handstands have been requested back in the next program. 🙌🏻🤸‍♂️

FULL HOUSE! All thumbs up from the team this morning for H.I.R.T. 6am.

After a competitive warm up game of Rock Paper Scissors. 😝
These morning warriors completed:
8mins As Many rounds as possible.
10 devil Presses
10 lateral burpees

Then some abs. And a round 2! Completing around 1140 burpees as a joint effort. 🎉

Come join Cassie in a lovely heated room for a restorative Yin class.

Yin is perfect for beginners it requires no push ups or standing to seated. All Asanas/postures can be adjusted with the yoga bolsters and blocks. Let the body relax into length muscles and releasing tension.

Learn correct lifting technique in a small group of 8 people. Support and encourage others along the way. Set program for 6 weeks. Start at a light weights and build up slowly over time.
No cardio & no burpees. Ladies, Men and Non-binary welcome.
