A reminder of how beautifully unique we are, how worthy we are, how valued we are.
We all need a reminder to speak and think lovingly of ourselves.
We all need a reminder of why we are here,,
A reminder to connect in with each other.
A reminder to Love and be Loved.
And a daily reminder to feel the Sun inside each of us. 🌞♥️

Allow the World to send the sounds of Nature your way.
And when you have found those sounds stay there a few more moments.

Girlfriend time is cathartic, it reduces stress levels, promotes feelings of happiness and positivity.
Spending time with friends allows us to feel connected and gives us a sense of belonging that is vital to our emotional wellbeing, can even enhance our overall quality of life.
These social connections can reduce anxiety and even lesson depression leading to a more positive outlook on life.
Make time for these connections, 🧁🎉🍰

When we make assumptions we often create negative scenarios in our mind.
We then begin to believe them to be the truth.
We often make situations worse based on what we believe is true.
We assume we know what someone is thinking, this leads to misunderstandings and can cause hurt or conflict.
In some instances assumptions can have serious consequences.
In stead of making assumptions find out the truth, deal with the facts.
Ask questions, seek the truth, don’t just assume you know what is happening.

Society has taught us to dumb it down.
Begin to reconnect with your gift.
Our intuition is discribed as our inner voice, or that gut feeling, our inner knowing.
It helps us make decisions without only relying on our logical brain.
It is our safety net, our ability to think with feeling, to understand without being distracted or afraid or taken over by ego.
Sit quietly without distraction and focus, listen to your thoughts without judgment.
Listen to your random thoughts,
Pay attention to your feelings, a sense of unease, or a flutter in your stomach , these feelings can be an indicator that your intuition is trying to communicate. Pay attention.
The more you engage with your intuition the stronger it will become.
Learn to trust your intuition.

The fear of rejection and misunderstanding drives us to over explain ourselves.
We feel compelled to explain our choices due to fear, insecurity or a desire for approval.
We need to recognise our triggers, identify situations that might cause us to over explain.
When we begin to cease the need to over explain ourselves we begin to have trust in ourselves, this increases our self esteem and confidence and can have an impact on our relationships.
Reducing the need to justify our decisions allows for emotional freedom.
A helpful way to begin for change is to pause before responding, this gives you time to form a response based on your need instead of out of fear or approval. ☺️

You can be constantly busy fulfilling the demands of other people while neglecting your own needs.
You can be constantly busy trying to be in complete control of everyone and everything.
You can be constantly busy trying so hard to impress everyone else.
Being constantly busy can lead to poor mental and physical health.
It can lead to chronic stress and illness.
It can also take a toll on relationships and affect your work environment.
It can also affect sleep patterns and even weaken your immune system.
If you use ‘constantly busy’ to impress anyone, you might like to rethink it,,, while you can.

♥️☺️In this busy, rushing, all knowing world we live in we might have forgotten that we need to recharge ourselves often.
So much of our precious energy can be drained away leaving us feeling drained, depleted, overwhelmed and exhausted.
We can become anxious and agitated and even feel disconnected.
When we spend time alone, in the company of only ourselves, we begin to recharge our energy supply.
We are not affected by other people’s vibrational frequency, the frequency of drama, their emotional state, their physical energy, the vibration of chatter or anything else we absorb from other people, and we certainly do absorb a lot from those around us, most of which we are unaware of until it starts to affect us.
When we are alone we are free to just be ourselves and free to tune in the our body’s needs without distractions and to tune into the healing vibrations of Nature.
Give yourself this alone time.
Ground yourself back to the Earths energies.
Recharge yourself and allow others their chance to have their alone time also. ☺️😉

♥️☺️When you start to take notice of just how many times we say these things, it should come as no surprise that life can lean to the negative more often than not.
We say,,,,,
‘I never sleep through the night’.
‘I always wake at least 3 times a night’.
‘I always get headaches in the afternoon’.
‘I always mess things up’, ‘I’d never be able to do that’, ‘I’m always unlucky’, ‘I’m no good at sport’, ‘I’m a hopeless cook, I burn everything’, ‘I can’t seem to get anything right’, ‘When will I ever learn’, ‘ I hate my life’, ‘I’m having a bad day, week, year’,,,,,,
These harmful thoughts and speech can lead to stress, anxiety, even depression and Is telling your Subconscious mind that this is what you are expecting and wanting.
Your subconscious mind hears you saying these negative statements and they become your truth.
Kind of like a self fulfilling prophecy.
Notice that speech and catch it before it takes root. Stop it and turn it around.
This takes patience and persistence, make an effort to stop any negative self talk.
