♥️☺️When you start to take notice of just how many times we say these things, it should come as no surprise that life can lean to the negative more often than not.
We say,,,,,
‘I never sleep through the night’.
‘I always wake at least 3 times a night’.
‘I always get headaches in the afternoon’.
‘I always mess things up’, ‘I’d never be able to do that’, ‘I’m always unlucky’, ‘I’m no good at sport’, ‘I’m a hopeless cook, I burn everything’, ‘I can’t seem to get anything right’, ‘When will I ever learn’, ‘ I hate my life’, ‘I’m having a bad day, week, year’,,,,,,
These harmful thoughts and speech can lead to stress, anxiety, even depression and Is telling your Subconscious mind that this is what you are expecting and wanting.
Your subconscious mind hears you saying these negative statements and they become your truth.
Kind of like a self fulfilling prophecy.
Notice that speech and catch it before it takes root. Stop it and turn it around.
This takes patience and persistence, make an effort to stop any negative self talk.
