♥️😊We often treat other people better than we treat ourselves and then question why we feel like crap.
This is a useful gauge to use, If you wouldn’t say it to someone else, don’t say it to yourself’.
Stop telling yourself you are stupid, lazy, useless, idiot, worthless, fat, ugly, old, pitiful, waste of space,, it goes on and on.
Stop the criticism and self deprecation in your words and in your inner dialogue to yourself.
Would you say this to your children or your Grandchildren or your dearest friends?
Stop saying it to you.
You are just as worthy of your kindness and Love as anyone else is, more so because it’s YOU♥️
Be gentle, be kind, be Loving.

Take real good care of yourself and your loved ones.
Be kind and don’t overextend yourself.
Be kind and don’t be drawn into other people’s drama.
Be kind and don’t try to have control over every single moment.
Be kind and find the joy in those moments that flow by so quickly.
Be kind and be Grateful for the abundance that surrounds us all.
Be kind and give thought to those struggling with issues that may not be so visible.
And remember, Meditation will be on next Monday 29th at 11am and Tuesday 30th at 7pm if you wish to escape and recharge your internal energy. 🎅🏼🧘🏻‍♀️🧑🏻‍🎄😊♥️🎉😌

When you have been a people pleaser it can be difficult to think of something to say instead of screaming out ‘NO’.
You can even practice saying them if necessary.
The World won’t end if you do say no, remember that.

Nature has a beautiful sound, insects, birds, wind in the leaves,
Make this part of your daily self care ritual.
Sitting somewhere so you can observe the world around you through sounds.
Combine it with the rays of the Sun and your face towards the sky, maybe even add cloud watching,,, ahhhh beautiful 😊
I guarantee it will bring peace and calmness.

♥️☺️Sometimes we simply need a reminder that some days are amazing, we see beauty and feel joy and get on with living.
And some days we feel the drudgery of every moment and other days it’s a mix of both.
Thats how life is.
No two days are the same.
Go with the flow, feel all the feeling and change what you can and want to and try to let the rest go.
You are not failing, you have not lost your spark,, you are being human.
Allow each day and all it holds.
Theres always tomorrow☺️

Share the load and ask for help.
No one, believe me, no one gives out medals for the most effort put in at Christmas. 🏅
You are just as deserving of a joyful, peaceful celebration as anyone else so learn to delegate and go easy on yourself.
Nothing is permanent and this day, like every day, will pass, don’t make yourself a Christmas casualty. 🧑🏻‍🎄🎅🏼

♥️☺️This time of year is hard.
I know so many of you also hold a grieving heart💔
The loss of a person you Loved fully and wholeheartedly is painful and hard to feel on the best of days, then add Christmas, a time usually spent together.
Christmas Day 2016 was the last day I spent with My Lane.
We had the whole day together, he was by my side all day.
Sometimes I imagine the Universe gave me that day as a gift before My Lane left Earth.
That feels nice to me so I hold it tight.
For you who hold grief in your hearts also, I see you, I feel you and I understand.
Be gentle with yourself. Do what feels ok for YOU. Don’t try to brave it out to please everyone else.
Allow yourself the space you need.
Honour yourself and be kind to you.
I see you💔

The right people always, always find each other.
Stop performing for Love, stop seeking approval and the right people will give Love freely, without conditions.
