I just finished 63 hrs fast 🥰 I intended to do 48 hrs but I felt good last night so I kept going.

After a long fast it’s important to break your fast the right way to get the most benefits.

Today, I broke my fast with home made bone broth, which is best for fast breaking if you are wanting to heal your gut and want to loose weight.

Here are the few different foods you should break your fast with and they differ depending of your goals or reasons your are fasting in the first place.

Restore your gut:

- Bone broth or any other kind of broth. Wait an hour and then have:
- Probiotic reach meal with fat, such as fermented yoghurt, sauerkraut, kombucha, olives. Wait an hour then have:
- Steamed veggies such as small sweet or purple potato with drizzled EV olive oil or grass fed butter. Wait an hour then:
- Eat 30g of protein to build muscles. Regular meal is now ok.

Muscle building:

- Protein shake
- Chickpea, Lima bean, Quinoa, Avocado
- High protein veggies: broccoli, peas, sprouts, Brussels sprouts, mushrooms
- Meat: beef sticks, beef jerky, Sliced deli meats, chicken breast, Turkey, grass fed beef

Weight loss to keep the fat burning:

- Bone broth
- Avocado
- Raw nuts
- Nut butters
- Olives

I’m on a 30 Day Hormone Reset journey to bring to balance my hormones. I’m turning 50 in a few weeks and I am peri menopausal. I do not have too many symptoms yet, unlike some women my age or younger, however I am being proactive as my health is my number one priority 💚

I have learnt that peri, pre and menopausal symptoms are not normal and we can actually prevent them as well as eliminate them, or at least reduce them.

How you may ask?

We can balance our hormones via fasting, hormone feasting, clean eating, detoxing and living a lifestyle according to your monthly cycle, which includes exercising and resting at the right times within your cycle 🥰

It sounds like a lot but if you implement the changes slowly, step by step, it won’t be overwhelming.

Support by mentor or community is also very important so reach out for help if you feel called to. 👋

Don’t hold on to resentment, because you are only hurting yourself. Forgive others, not for their sake, but for your own health reasons. When you hold on to resentment, you are holding to this negative emotion in your body and by not releasing it, it my manifest as a pain or disease such as cancer.

Forgiveness might not be easy but it is necessary for your health.

Sometimes you might even have to forgive yourself for things that you did or didn’t do.

Self awareness and inner work is the key to great health and happiness 🥰

How limiting money beliefs hold us back from creating wealth? 🤯

I normally do not share the breakthroughs my clients get during our sessions. I will make an exception today as something unexpected and cool happened during a client couching session today, that took me a bit by surprise. ☺️

A bit of a background first.

I’m working with one of my clients on prosperity and abundance creation 🤗

Part of the process is to identify limiting money beliefs. Turns out that my client has plenty of the usual ones, such as people with money are evil, you have to work hard for your money, etc. However, one of the odd beliefs that came up was ‘Money causes sickness’ 💵☠️

My client had no idea where this belief came from. She couldn’t recall any situation in the past that would make that belief for her. I also was very curious on how she has created that belief 🤷🏻‍♀️

I decided to use a process called Emotional Change Technique (ECT) to go back in her timeline to search for an event in a past that she might not remember but it’s stored in her subconscious.

Normally, this process will take a client to the first event that the belief was created at, which most likely would be between the age of 0-7 (time of imprint).

Well, this time (and I didn’t know until we finished), she went back to one of her past lives, because that’s when the belief came from. It was formed during a situation she was in, at the time.

I’m not going to go into the details because that’s besides the point I’m trying to make here.

The point I’m trying to make is that we not only get imprint from current life, but also from past lives. Our subconscious actually stores all the memories from all our past lives and present life.

I knew that, as I have done past life regression myself. Also, my son had one at the age of 8, when he had flash backs of his past life and we used hypnotherapist to find out about it in more details, using past life regression hypnosis. I knew we can access all the info from our akashic records as well, but I have never thought that someone could go back to past life during ECT session. So that was the surprising part. 🤯

Thinking of it now, I did make sure that my client’s body and mind is relaxed, and this most likely helped her go into a hypnotic state, to access that information from her subconscious mind. In addition she has recently discovered that she has an amazing psychic abilities (to her surprise as well). This means that she is quite connected to the spiritual realm (aka her higher self). ✨

As surprised as I was with her little venture to one of her past life, I was so stoked that this has happened.

Now she has a better awareness, not only of the origin of her limiting belief, but also how powerful her subconscious is. Plus, she has learnt about one of her past lives , how cool is that!?🤗

Also, I want to tell you about the significance of finding out about that limiting belief in her subconscious in the first place.

Imagine trying to make money or even having lots of money💰 (i.e. receiving inheritance or winning it), but subconsciously sabotaging yourself because you have ‘a hidden’ made belief that money causes sickness. 😳 Of course you wouldn’t want to create that, especially if your top value is health (just like my client’s).

So, in this case, your goal is to create wealth, and you are taking steps to achieve that, but it isn’t working as you are sabotaging your effects in some way (i.e. procrastination, gambling, excessive spending, etc.).

Why? Because your subconscious would choose the actions that are aligned towards the end result that has more value to you, and in this case, it would choose health, not the money. 😟

Now that my client’s become aware of having that ridiculous subconscious belief and where it came from, and she has been able to ‘clear’ and neutralise it, it will be easier for her to manifest more money into her life. 🥰 Of course, we will be doing this process on the other beliefs that are holding her back from creating abundance in her life.

One of the best healing things you can do for yourself is to live in a present moment as much as possible 🥰

What does this mean?

Living in the present moment means letting go of the past and not waiting for the future. It means living your life consciously, aware that each moment you breathe is a gift.

Being in the present moment, or the “here and now,” means that we are aware and mindful of what is happening at this very moment. We are not distracted by events from the past or worries about the future, but centered in the here and now. All of our attention is focused on the present moment.

Being present minded is the key to staying healthy and happy. It helps you fight anxiety, cut down on your worrying and rumination, and keeps you grounded and connected to yourself and everything around you.

Being present and exerting our ability to be mindful not only makes us happier, it can also help us deal with pain more effectively, reduce our stress and decrease its impact on our health, and improve our ability to cope with negative emotions like fear and anger.

It’s good to think about the past and future sometimes.
Where would we be if we didn’t look back over our past successes and mistakes and learn from them? Where would we be if we never planned for the future or prepared ourselves for what is to come?
In both cases, we likely wouldn’t be in a good place.
It’s essential to a healthy life to spend some time thinking about the past and the future, but it’s rare that we don’t think enough about the past or the future—usually our problem is focusing too intently (or even obsessively) on the past or the future.
One of the aims of mindfulness and a key factor in living a healthy life is to balance your thoughts of the past, the present, and the future. Thinking about any of them too much can have serious negative effects on our lives, but keeping the three in balance will help us to be happy and healthy people.
It’s hard to say what the exact right balance is, but you’ll know you’ve hit it when you worry less, experience less stress on a regular basis, and find yourself living the majority of your life in the present.

To get to this healthy balance, try to keep these guidelines in mind:

- Think about the past in small doses, and make sure you are focusing on the past for a reason (e.g., to relive a pleasant experience, identify where you went wrong, or figure out the key to a past success).
- Think about the future in small doses, and make sure you are focusing on the future in a healthy, low-anxiety way (e.g., don’t spend time worrying about the future, think about the future just long enough to prepare for it and then move on).
- Stay in the present moment for the vast majority of your time.

The following practices are some good ways to get started:

- Do mindful body scan
- Write a journal/morning pages
- Visualise your daily goals
- Take a mindful nature walk
- Practice Meditation
- Practice Yoga

Don’t try to do all those at one of course. Pick one, do it everyday for short amount of time for a longer period to build consistency and and a habit. You can increase the time of your practice when you are consistent in your practice enough and add another practice in time as well. If you do too much too soon you are likely to give up so do it one step at the time 🥰
