Hi Fam.... 🙏🏼

I’ve been very quiet lately as I’m about to change my entire life!

I’m leaving the familiar home of the Sunshine Coast and finding a new place to call HOME 💖
After living here for the better part of 20 years! It no longer serves me as a place where I feel comfortable, happy or healthy in both mind and body.

I certainly have a lot of wonderful memories here... 😊 and for that I’m grateful 🤗
But the time has come to put myself FIRST and start TRULY LIVING LIFE 💫💫💫
Something that’s always been pushed aside - as a mother, partner, friend and of course the multiple illnesses and injuries to say the least!

This year has taught me SO MUCH about myself! In particular, how to simply say NO ✋🏼
And realise that I DESERVE BETTER THINGS..... about a month ago, around my 35th surgery... I realised that I hadn’t been to the beach since MARCH!! 😱 .... this is just shocking behaviour from me as I’ve ALWAYS been an ocean girl 🙏🏼
This was my wake up call!! ⚠️
Basically aside from doctors and the supermarkets - I don’t leave the house...... 😓

I realised that I’ve reached my point of unhealthy lifestyle here and somethings gotta change IMMEDIATELY!!
And......
I AM worthy of a happy life and it’s way past time to SMILE AGAIN 😃

I’ve seen people in their true light and moved forward to free myself of the toxicity and weight 🤯🤯
It’s a spectacular feeling of FREEDOM 🙌🏼🙌🏼

CANNOT WAIT FOR THIS NEW CHAPTER TO START IN JUST 2 DAYS!!!!! ⏱

My 3 year has been incredible!! 💥 Now been maintaining my healthy lifestyle for over a year making improvements along the way 🙏🏼 this year without training at all!
I’ve enjoyed every single moment of getting to know myself again without the pressure of judgement or failure by not allowing others to bring me down 🦶🏼
My whole life I’ve been put down for being too skinny 🦵too blonde 👱‍♀️ too well educated 👩🏼‍🎓 ‼️

💫 Addison’s disease - Heart disease - Kidney failure stage 3b - Thyroid disease, under active - Sleep Apnea - Osteoarthritis - Osteoporosis - Rhinitis, broken nose -

🌟 I had Endometriosis & PCOS which resulted in x14 endometrial surgeries including the Hysterectomy after my 2nd Breast Cancer in 2018 - Forced Menopause and Chemotherapy (again) - I also have multiple permanent injuries and disabilities from a car accident 9 years ago that wasn’t my fault even 1%!
💥I’m still having spinal surgeries today for the x9 broken bones in my spine to help me stand up and my Chronic pain....
Without the Power of Positivity 💫 I could NOT get through my EVERYTHING ❌

Breast Cancer or any Cancer is not pretty! It’s not flattering or anything else but the most horrifying experience you’ll ever go through as a woman and as a person..
I’ve been there twice at the age of just 44 years old now but it’s actually my 3rd round of Serious Cancers... 2 years ago 🌸
I had 19 tumours removed at age 18-19 with Non-Hodgkins lymphoma...
I’m sharing my experience to make Women aware that it is REAL at any age! My first time was just 19 years old... And it’s not all B**b jobs and pampering....
I almost didn’t make it this time due to having I was limited to surgeries being my ONLY chance of surviving 💫 ....
- Complications - first surgery went well then I was bleeding internally from the initial double lumpectomy (x4 tumours) ALL THIS AFTER THE LOCAL HOSPITAL FORGOT ME FOR 97 DAYS!!! 💥
I had to go private to save my life!! 💸💸 And that’s when another tumour had grown in this time..... my hair was falling out and I was going to die if this surgery wasn’t a success! ...
5 days later rushed into surgery again to remove the blood clot and stop the bleeding and risking my life again! 😔
>>> I also went through all of this Alone.
No family, No friends, No one there when I woke up. no one to help me through my horrific Chemo treatment.
Just my beautiful interstate friends who are always there 🦋🙏🏼
