This year’s National focus through The Stroke Foundation for stroke week is encouraging the community to be aware of the signs of stroke: facial droop, can’t lift both arms, speech slurred or they don’t understand. If you notice any of these in a loved one be sure to act quickly and call 000. Time is critical when stroke occurs.
