So many people believe karma is a simple "do something good, get something good"…
But karma has nothing to do with reward or punishment.
👉 Karma is the energetic relationship between the choice you make and the consequence that naturally follows.
🧘♀️ Because we are all completely different at Soul Level, what feels aligned for one person may feel completely misaligned for another. Your “good choice” may look nothing like someone else’s.
🌠 The universe isn’t measuring or judging your actions. It’s reflecting the energetic quality behind them.
👉 So when you’re making decisions, especially the ones you label as “right” or “good”, pause for a moment and ask:

🥗 I load it up with vegetables like kale, spinach, coriander (roots and all!), cucumber, and carrot, and add in two seasonal fruits - banana, passionfruit, pineapple, or organic blueberries, depending on what’s available.
My kids think it’s absolutely disgusting, but I swear by it! 😆
I got tired of constantly buying expensive protein powders, so I started making my own blend using organic quinoa flakes (which contain all eight essential amino acids), whole linseeds, chia seeds, and hulled h**p seeds. It’s simple, potent, and I just blend it all with water, no fancy ingredients needed.
This one small daily ritual has made a huge difference to my gut health, energy, and overall well-being. 🥰

The underlying reason for the mess I was in when I found Tracey was beyond my level of conscious awareness. I felt trapped in circumstances that I had no idea how to change, and I was completely exhausted, depleted and overwhelmed. Not only had my life been impacted in every way possible, but my healing gifts were not working anymore.

There was no way I could have continued in life, as the entity interference was so vast. I had no conscious idea that I was basically a "target" due to my gifts.
So, I guess I can thank EBV for helping me find Tracey. As it was many years ago in Year 12 at High School that I had been diagnosed with Glandular Fever (EBV). At that time, there was a lot going on in my life. Even with the major decline in my life years later, I didn't see EBV as my major issue.
However, at the beginning of 2025, I was desperate for answers and I found Tracey's book "The Truth Behind Epstein Barr Virus".
After reading the blurb, I purchased it and read it in one afternoon/night. I found so much of what Tracey described was similar to my journey. This was the beginning of my realization that negative entities were basically controlling my life.
By this stage, I had lost trust in healers. I had been working on myself for a few years with some healing modalities I had learnt. All I can say is that I just kept getting the nudge to contact Tracey, and I'm so grateful I did.
The depth of healing and growth I have received working with Tracey will have an ongoing impact on every aspect of my future. I just KNOW I would not have moved out of this state of decline and unconsciousness if I had not found Tracey.
I still have a way to go, as life is an unfolding. I also had adrenal exhaustion, which takes some time to recover from.
But I also know that I have been pulled out of my deepest spiral through hell with entity interference.
I have learnt how to question myself more deeply and question why I do things the way I do. The traumas and linked unconscious programs I learnt from childhood have been a massive opening to my decline and entity interference. However, my Spiritual Awakening and the Spiritual Path was when all the darkness started to intensify.
𝙏𝙝𝙧𝙤𝙪𝙜𝙝 𝙩𝙝𝙚 6-𝙢𝙤𝙣𝙩𝙝 𝙀𝘽𝙑 𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙜𝙧𝙖𝙢, 𝙄 𝙝𝙖𝙫𝙚 𝙗𝙚𝙚𝙣 𝙜𝙞𝙫𝙚𝙣 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙨𝙥𝙖𝙘𝙚 𝙩𝙤 𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙚 𝙤𝙪𝙩 𝙤𝙛 𝙛𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙩 𝙤𝙧 𝙛𝙡𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙩 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙖𝙘𝙩𝙪𝙖𝙡𝙡𝙮 𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙜𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙨 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙢𝙮 𝙝𝙚𝙖𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙜.
I was always doing healing work to help myself. However, I was also always in a state of nervous system dysregulation, so it was like trying to use a cup to empty a sinking boat!!
Although this program paved the way for my growth and re-regulation, it was not the elusive "quick fix" that many people are looking for. I had to do the self-enquiry and use the tools in the program. This enabled Tracey's wisdom, knowledge and skills to - not only walk me through the darkness - but also teach me how to begin to discover my true self and sovereignty!
The tools inside the learning platform gave me the skills to help myself as I continue my journey. The channeled frequencies were a massive help in calming my nervous system. Some of the other tools and suggestions are also invaluable. The Emotional Transformation Framework was a huge blessing for me, and continues helping me re-form my connection to God and higher guidance.

I found the entity removal healing sessions to be extremely powerful. The Q&A calls were extremely helpful, and often the answer to someone else's question was an answer I didn't even know I was needing to receive.
Having the coded tourmaline necklace was also extremely important. I learnt how well it worked one night when I leant it to my husband. After that night and the entity interference I endured, I learnt to wear my necklace at all times.
My personal healing sessions and recordings sent from Tracey were where I found so much growth and understanding of my path. This was honestly the most important part of the program for me. It helped me to understand where I was giving my power away, how my childhood trauma had led to my decline, and how my spiritual gifts attracted so much entity interference. This finally gave me permission to begin to see myself as divine and stop blaming myself for "never being good enough". If the entities thought I was worth their focus, then maybe I should see that importance in myself. What did they want that I couldn't see?

👉 This process can be terrifying at times and then so exciting at others…. but essentially it is all the same...

We all have those moments when emotions seem to swell out of nowhere.

𝐇𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐄𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐀𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐝 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟 𝐭𝐨 𝐅𝐮𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐭? 😌
❓When was the last time you truly allowed yourself to rest... without guilt, without distraction, just full permission to slow down?
You give so much of yourself. You move through busy days, responsibilities, and the constant pull to do more.
And sometimes, you don’t realize how much you've been carrying until you finally slow down.
😔 I see it with my clients all the time... 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘁, 𝗮𝘀 𝗶𝗳 𝗽𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝗲𝗮𝗻𝘀 𝗳𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗯𝗲𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗱. 𝗕𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗶𝘀, 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗮 𝗹𝘂𝘅𝘂𝗿𝘆. 𝗜𝘁’𝘀 𝗮 𝗻𝗲𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆.
When we slow down, our body speaks to us. It tells us exactly what it needs. Yet so often, we misinterpret its signals. We feel that there is something wrong.
Nothing is wrong. In fact, it means your body is functioning as it should. It means you've been doing too much, for too long. And it’s time to listen.
💆 Time to slow down. Time to rest.
𝙎𝙤 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙗𝙤𝙙𝙮 𝙘𝙖𝙣 𝙝𝙚𝙖𝙡 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙧𝙚𝙥𝙖𝙞𝙧. 𝙎𝙤 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙘𝙖𝙣 𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙚 𝙗𝙖𝙘𝙠 𝙩𝙤 𝙡𝙞𝙛𝙚 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙬𝙤𝙧𝙠 𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙙𝙮 𝙩𝙤 𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙥 𝙗𝙖𝙘𝙠 𝙞𝙣𝙩𝙤 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙥𝙡𝙖𝙘𝙚 𝙤𝙛 𝙘𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣.
🥰 This weekend, I am choosing to honor rest, nurturing the need for time to myself, time to restore, and time to realign.
If you’ve been feeling the pull to slow down, take it. Your body, your mind, and your soul will thank you.

"𝙄 𝙝𝙖𝙙 𝙗𝙚𝙚𝙣 𝙪𝙣𝙙𝙚𝙧 𝙘𝙤𝙣𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙣𝙩 𝙥𝙨𝙮𝙘𝙝𝙞𝙘 𝙖𝙩𝙩𝙖𝙘𝙠𝙨... 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙛𝙞𝙣𝙖𝙡𝙡𝙮, 𝙄 𝙖𝙢 𝙛𝙧𝙚𝙚." - 𝐁𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐚
For years, Belinda lived with what felt like constant psychic and energetic attacks, sensations that intensified every time she stepped more fully into her purpose. 😔

We often think life will be better when....
We are often waiting for the big moments in life to occur... to tell us, I am truly alive, happy, or fulfilled...
Life does not begin or get better in these moments, for life is continually happening all around us. The truth is, we can choose to live our lives in each and every moment. 🥰
Happiness is not something out of our control or waiting at some destination point in the future.

𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗪𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗕𝗲𝘁𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝟭𝗔𝗠 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝟯𝗔𝗠 𝗔𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗗𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗔𝗹𝗰𝗼𝗵𝗼𝗹
❓Have you ever noticed that when you drink alcohol, you tend to wake between 1 and 3am.
There’s a very real reason for that.
According to the body’s internal clock… the Qi cycle… Every organ system has a time of peak energy and activity.
⏰ Between 1am and 3am, that time belongs to the liver. The liver does far more than process toxins. It governs detoxification, supports our emotions, and plays a key role in our brain chemistry as it resets overnight.
👉 But there’s also a deeper layer most people don’t talk about.
Energetically, the liver holds what’s called the Liver Hun Chi, our spiritual energy and guidance field.
It’s during these hours that we reconnect with higher consciousness and receive intuitive direction for the day ahead.
When we consume alcohol, we don’t just place extra load on the our liver, we interrupt this energetic communication.
😴 That’s why sleep feels lighter, dreams are scattered, and you often wake in that exact window of time.
Understanding this connection between body, mind, and spirit helps you make more conscious choices… not from guilt, but from awareness.
Because when we honor the body’s natural rhythms, we open space for deeper rest, healing, and connection. 💛

Healing is not linear. It’s tender, uncomfortable, and often calls you to face what you’ve been carrying for far too long.
👉 When Elizabeth began one of my Healing & Transformation Programs, she was navigating deep emotional exhaustion, a solo parent recovering from domestic violence, physically unwell, and spiritually drained from years of survival.
