For years, Vania lived in survival mode... over-giving, running on empty, and carrying far more than her energy could sustain.

𝐀𝐧 𝐀𝐭𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞... 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐢𝐬 𝐬𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐰𝐞 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐥𝐲 𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐝 𝐨𝐟…
I once listened to a podcast… the topic being discussed was about being an optimist or a pessimist.
Some people are naturally closer to one side than the other.
😮 It was fascinating… as it talked about how some of these traits can be learnt and a reorientation to the positive is quite possible.
You see, it spoke of retaining the brain to look for the positive.
They took a number of pessimists and got them to perform the small and seemingly insignificant task of looking for the positive in a day…
They had to write down 5 things they were grateful for…
Over time, this habit helped to reorient them to a positive mindset… it also helped with recovering from illness and created better health and wellbeing.
🧠 You see, our mind is so powerful and wants to affirm us in all that we do… so if I am constantly looking for the negative, it will do just that for me…. My life will be painted with the colour tones of Grey.
If I look for the positive again, my mind will look for more positives to prove I am right.

“𝑻𝒉𝒆 𝒓𝒆𝒍𝒊𝒆𝒇, 𝒆𝒂𝒔𝒆, 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒑𝒆𝒂𝒄𝒆 𝑰 𝒇𝒆𝒆𝒍 𝒏𝒐𝒘... 𝒘𝒆𝒍𝒍, 𝒊𝒕’𝒔 𝒍𝒊𝒇𝒆-𝒄𝒉𝒂𝒏𝒈𝒊𝒏𝒈.” - 𝗚𝗶𝗴𝗶
For years, Gigi felt a constant pull on her energy, a force she couldn’t quite name, but one that seemed to drain her no matter how much inner work she did. 😔

𝐖𝐡𝐨 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲, 𝐛𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐡 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐞𝐬, 𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬?
We are here to experience ourselves as separate. This is a process… the process of elimination.
When we are born, we enter into co-unions within our family systems and dynamics. We model what we see.
Even our beliefs, what we hold as truth, are often not ours.
They are taught, mirrored, and absorbed from those who unconsciously begin writing parts of our story for us.
🧠 Our central nervous system begins to regulate or dysregulate, based on our parents’ capacity to do so.
Imprints are left. Patterns are formed.
And this, too, is part of growth. Part of the human experience.
But at certain points in life, we are called to go deeper. To know ourselves, not through conditioning, but through the soul.
This is soul recognition. The remembering of our original essence. The return to truth.
𝗜𝘁’𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗮𝗴𝗲-𝗼𝗹𝗱 𝗾𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: 𝗻𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗼𝗿 𝗻𝘂𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲?
In reality, it’s a merging of both. A melding of energetics. And eventually, it becomes a reclamation.
A reclaiming of our rights across all aspects and dimensions of our being.

A re-engineering of the path toward the highest alignment.

In February, April came to me, struggling with chronic EBV symptoms- extreme fatigue, dizziness, vertigo, anxiety, brain fog, and blood sugar imbalances. She felt overwhelmed and unsure of her future.

In today’s fast-paced world, it’s easy to move through life on autopilot, unaware of how disconnected we’ve become from ourselves and the natural world.
