Thoughtful care means understanding how someone lives, moves, and what matters to them day to day.

Seeing people at home gives us insight you don’t always get in a clinic setting — how they manage fatigue, navigate their space, and move within their daily routines.

For some, it’s walking across acreage.
For others, managing a sloping driveway, a sandy path, or building strength for an upcoming trip.

Physiotherapy becomes practical, specific, and meaningful when it’s guided by real life — supporting independence where it matters most.

****** Expression of Interest - Community Physiotherapist ******

We’re opening an expression of interest for an experienced Community Physiotherapist to join our small, owner-physio led team at Project Physio.

We provide physiotherapy at home across the Noosa Hinterland and Sunshine Coast, working with people in their own environment to support mobility, confidence and independence.

This role may suit you if you enjoy:
• community-based, home-visit physiotherapy
• realistic schedules and flexibility
• longer appointments with time to think and treat
• building genuine relationships with clients and families

Our work includes neurological conditions, orthopaedic rehabilitation, falls prevention and functional reconditioning across Support at Home, NDIS and private clients. You’ll be supported by full administrative assistance, so you can focus on being a physio.

Remuneration is above standard community rates and reflective of experience.
Pay, hours and role details can be discussed privately.

If this sounds like your kind of work, we’d love to have a conversation.

MOVE OFTEN exists because movement doesn’t need to be perfect to matter.

Our bodies are built to move, and small amounts of regular movement can have a meaningful impact on strength, confidence and quality of life — particularly when health is complex or daily movement feels harder.

As physiotherapists, our role is to guide movement so it’s safe, purposeful and working towards real goals. Not overcomplicated. Not overwhelming. Just movement that fits into everyday life and can be done often.

MOVE OFTEN is about encouraging people to move without pressure, without overthinking, and without the idea that it has to look a certain way to count.

Because all movement counts.

Physiotherapy at home looks different for everyone.

These are some of the more common areas we work in, supporting people whose mobility, balance or confidence has changed over time.

At Project Physio, we provide physiotherapy at home across a wide range of conditions and injuries - with care tailored to the individual and focused on what matters most to them.

Most people look for a physio when something has changed for you or someone close to you.

Maybe recovery is taking longer than expected.
Maybe balance isn’t what it was.
Maybe things just feel a bit less steady at home.

Physiotherapy at home isn’t about pushing harder.
It’s about keeping people moving safely, in familiar surroundings, with the right guidance in place.

That’s what we do every day, across the Sunshine Coast and Noosa Hinterland.

MOVE OFTEN is our approach to supporting people to stay mobile, confident and independent - in their own home, with the right support in place.

Regular movement matters.

What makes the difference is knowing it's appropriate, safe, and supported.

This is MOVE OFTEN.
