Thank you again from the bottom of my heart for all your support this year, it hasn’t been easy for me, attempting to run a business and homeschool our 13 year old, thank you for your kindness and patience whilst I navigated that. Hello 👋 Well as December fast approaches us, 😳 I just thought I would give you my Christmas hours. I have dropped them back quite a bit this year to enjoy the time with my family and to prevent burnout as I have done in the past. Please remember that as I have a home based business my kids will be upstairs trying not to sound like a herd of elephants. I try to keep them as quiet as I can, but sometimes they just happen to get excited 😜 and forget I’m working. Thank you for understanding. Nothing like ripping the bandaid off after 2 weeks off. About to start my first day back with some clients shortly. Needed the slow start this morning to get my butt into gear. Holiday mode still active.

This week is mostly booked out. Some spots on Wednesday and Thursday if anyone is keen for a massage or intuitive session. See y’all soon.

Last part of my journey, a gorgeous fine picnic on the beach to farewell our friendships made on retreat. The sunsets!!!! 🌅 then I had a quick little 2 nighter in Legian. Melbourne Cup, sweeps , lip blush done by the talented I used services for my seamless VIP departure service. Driver to collect me from hotel, Smooth express lanes, Premium lounge, es**rt to departure gate, didn’t carry a bag. Worth the money recommended using them. I’m home now, but not working until the 11th. NO enquires will be responded to until after the 11th. Thank you for understanding as I Integrate back into family life. 💜💜💜🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🛍️🛍️🛍️🥰

Next level unlocked!. Retreat phase of my Bali trip on the stunning Nusa Lembongan.
We had hammock sound healing!. Ps: out of this world!. With 1:1 breathwork sessions with our facilitator who owns . We had group mediations and gentle breathwork and yummy dinners and cocktails because it’s all about balance, adventure and time to integrate with the day’s activities. Can’t wait to go back next year. Friendships formed. Blessed .boutique.resort

Bali Phase 1: Sanur, had my love friend come and give me a massage, mani pedi and braids. Then off I went on to a winery and distillery tour. Ye they grow grapes and make wine in Bali. Not too bad I might add. Lots of food and relax and lots of walking. Have just arrive in Nusa Lembongan to start the retreat. I shall keep you all posted on what we get up too. 💜🙏🏼

25th October - 11th November I will be away……… yes again……..🤣……… this time it’s my annual Womens Retreat in Bali with . I like to take this time for me as November through to January is crazy busy!.
