Today's liquid crystal is CHRYSOPRASE,

the stone of FEARLESS MOVEMENT!!

This is a beautiful stone with the green and yellow ray which denotes its action mainly within the heart and solar plexus chakras.

It is a masculine stone and is all about taking action!

It's feminine counterpart is Chrysocolla, the stone of SILENCE.

These two stones worked with together can help to create balance with the feminine and masculine aspects of self. This helps us to balance our "being" with our "doing". So going within and tuning into what it is we need to do, then seeking guidance on the next best step towards that. So not getting hung up on the "How" but rather, "What is the next small step I need to take action on?"

Chrysoprase can help us to "Just Do It". Without fear, without resistance, without excuses about time, energy, money, whatever...

It is the 'Take Action' stone!

So take a moment today to breathe deep and reflect on that one thing you KNOW you need to do that you may have been putting off.

Set your intention to harness the frequency of Chrysoprase and ask "What is the next step I need to take right now?"

Be open to your guidance, know it, then follow through on it.

That is called spiritualising our will and grounding our intention.

It is also called Empowerment.

After a MASSIVE few months of total life recalibration, I am feeling the call to step back into being of service again. I mean we are always being of service through our own healing & growth & the ripple effect that has on the people around us.

In truth, I never stopped being of service. I just stepped back from the online arena and have been spending time at the grassroots level, sharing my heart & process in the casual everyday conversations that have crossed my path. Supporting my immediate physical “in-person” community in a way that has really nourished my soul and brought me back to a more grounded sense of self.

Reassessing. Redefining. Realigning.

Drawing my energy in & coming back to my Soul's essence, my Soul's truth.

Holding compassionate space for myself when I've wandered off path or taken the hard road unnecessarily.

40 feels different.

Less striving, more ease.

Less complexity, more simplicity.

Less worry, more joy.

Expectations broken down, released.

I've been in a massive phase of introspection & reflection lately on what's truly important to me in this precious life.

Where I spend my precious time & energy.

Where my Soul is calling me to journey (both the inner world & outer world).

What my true measure of abundance is.

And whilst I don't have all the answers just now. I have come to a more integrated sense of peace & harmony within this void space. An inner serenity I haven't felt for a very long time.

An inner truth & authority that just is.

Pure knowing, without "knowing".

A wisdom remembered from deep within.

A settling of patient purpose within my bones.

Deep inhale.... long exhale.... pause.... ahhh there she is.

Are you being truthful with yourself and others about your feelings?

Are you allowing yourself to actually feel your emotions?

Or are you pushing them down and ignoring them?

Our feelings are like children, they need to be listened to and cared for.

The need us to communicate with them and ask them what they need.

To welcome them into our hearts and love them unconditionally.

Many of us are living up in our heads, not allowing ourselves to be in our bodies and to feel what is there.

It might be too uncomfortable or traumatic or just not nice.

We can invite our Higher Self to create a safe space for us to feel our emotions.

We can connect with our heart and breathe into our body, allowing our feelings to be transformed with the high vibration of Love.

We can start off with just a few minutes a day, or even a few breaths a day.

To allow ourselves to make peace with our emotional reality and take responsibility for our lives again.

I have been feeling really called to learn more about reading traditional tarot lately. I've had a Rider Waite deck sitting on my bookshelf for years that my brother gifted me and never really used it except for the past couple of weeks.

My Mum & Nana were always reading Tarot when I was growing up so it's definitely been in my awareness. I found a Tarot Guidebook at Mum's yesterday so I'm going to dive into that as a starting point to start building my relationship with these cards.

The tarot always seems to bring more depth & insight to a reading that other oracle cards do not. Plus I love the ongoing journey of learning & deepening my intuitive skills. Forever a student of the esoteric arts!

I AM NOT THE MENTOR FOR YOU…

If you want someone to tell you “what type of starseed you are” or your “starseed origins” or “what wave you came in on”

and I mean absolutely no disrespect here.

It’s just not my thing & never has been.

I’m all about my time here on Earth & being an “Earth Starseed”.

Grounding my energy & being here so I can be of service in this world, on this planet, in this physical existence.

Yes, I connect with starry galactic energies as part of who I am & sharing my soul gifts..

and I definitely have a starry connection.

But it didn’t mean anything to me until I could be of service here.

Until I stepped out of the closet & started sharing my gifts loud & proud with the world, with my community.

and to be honest, that is the real challenge & growth point for a lot of starseeds!

This is where the right support & mentorship comes in.

Because first we need a safe & trusted space where we can practice expressing ourselves, articulating our truth, exploring our gifts & diving deep within to discover what being a starseed means to us.
