Hello! I have been quiet for awhile..
I’ve been exploring my own unique way of healing, that’s intertwined with guided meditation and holistic counselling.

In a session with me I will assist you in grounding, clearing your charkas, energy bodies and connecting you to the divine. I will then guide you through being able to do it yourself, as you heal you! I believe we are our own best healers, it always comes down to you!

The exchange for this is $80 and for this month of August you will receive a choice of a crystal at the end of your session as a thank you for choosing to go within.

MEDITATION who is new to it or has a bit of trouble getting in to the Zen, or just would like to try something different?

I will be offering a range of different styles of meditation ranging from movement to mindfulness, gazing to clearing your chakras.

Groups will be run Monday and Tuesday mornings, there also will be chance to connect after meditation with lite refreshments.

My purpose is too help you heal so you can then heal yourself, to help you remember you are powerful that you are worthy of it all, that you are the creator of your own world and your destiny can be anything you wish to create. To break down the conditioning, programming and blocks that have lead you to believe you are not enough. You are a light upon this earth and you deserve to shine so bright that you encourage others to do the same.

In 2021 I am going to be holding meditations, life coaching sessions and counselling sessions, along with my healing modalities and much more.. as mine and your potential is limitless!
