EVOLVE Support Solutions is a locally owned family business operating in the
Sunshine Coast and Brisbane areas. We offer a number of services for participation in community, social, civic, and recreational activities. We take pride in delivering a tailored support service that cultivates connections, enriches lives, and provides opportunities to participate in meaningful activities. Some examples of the services we offer include:
- Community Participation and Engagement
- Social Outings
- Skills Building (public transport, life skills, shopping, appointments, social skills)

We also offer individual and group programs, including:
- Recreational Activities (i.e., fishing, boating, swimming, stand-up paddle boarding).
- Day Trips (i.e., hiking, fishing, live entertainment such as music, theatre, sport).
- All-inclusive Overnight Trips (i.e., camping, staycation, Brisbane CBD)

Hi there!

Our names are Mitchell and Shareece.
We are a husband-and-wife duo (to be) with over 10 years combined experience working in the disability and mental health fields.

Shareece is a qualified and registered Counsellor and is our trusted face behind the scenes at EVOLVE Support Solutions – assisting with all things business and administration. In the future, Shareece will be delivering therapeutic supports with EVOLVE Support Solutions.

Mitchell (29) is our lead support worker. He is always upskilling in relevant area’s and currently obtains the following qualifications:
- Certificate IV in Disability Support
- Blue Card (Working with Children’s Check)
- NDIS Yellow Card
- First Aid and CPR
