Most people walk through ancient temples and feel something they can’t quite name.
I walk in knowing exactly what to do with it.
1. I speak to the land before I arrive. I introduce myself, share my intention and ask to be received. These places have consciousness. They remember who comes with reverence.
2. I ask permission at the threshold. Every sacred space has a guardian energy. I pause before I enter and I ask to be welcomed in. Then I wait. I feel. I don’t just walk through.
3. I find a guide who can hold the container. Someone who can create space for me to actually work. To negotiate time alone in a chamber so I can go deep.
4. I drop into my body completely. As a kinesiologist I know the body doesn’t lie. Whatever rises - emotion, heat, stillness - I track it. My body reads the field before my mind catches up.
5. I open the Akashic Records of the space. Every temple holds a living imprint of every prayer, every initiation, every soul that has passed through. I tune in and listen.
6. I sit in silence and receive. This is where transmission happens. Not in the doing - in the being.
7. I clear what needs to be cleared. I don’t just receive the space. I contribute to it. I leave it lighter than I found it.
8. I share what came through. These transmissions are not mine to keep. Sharing widens the field and invites others into their own remembering.
Egypt doesn’t give you what you expect.
It gives you exactly what you need.
