Coolum Cave Expedition 🐉✨

Something powerful is stirring beneath our feet.
Mount Coolum sits on what’s known as the Emperor Dragon Line - one of six major energy pathways that move through the Earth, carrying life-force and crystalline frequency. These lines connect sacred sites across the planet, including Uluru, and are said to pulse with kundalini - the serpent current of awakening energy.

Here’s one of our favourite family rituals to strengthen intuition and connection:

🌀 Step 1: Ask your child to close their eyes and place a hand on their heart. Take a few deep breaths together.
💎 Step 2: Invite them to imagine a crystal ball in their mind - one they can look into anytime for guidance or a picture.
🎯 Step 3: Take turns - “I go, you go.” Draw a symbol and get them to draw what comes into their crystal ball.
💫 Step 4: Share what came through and notice how your child naturally begins to trust their inner knowing.

The goal? Not to be right - but to have fun, feel connected, and keep that intuitive channel open.

(Trust me, every time we play, my kids say ‘Can we do it again?’)

I’ve just come off the back of our annual family holiday… and I’m feeling the blues (along with all the other collective energies atm?!!)

This morning, I crossed paths with an Australian king parrot - its red and green feathers a reminder of both grounding and heart🌿❤️

Holidays often stir up more than we expect. Memories, emotions, old patterns… all rising.

My way of anchoring? Keeping it simple.
