🌟 Participant of the Month: Zara

This month we’re celebrating Zara for showing up with positivity, kindness, courage and a willingness to give every activity her best. She recently stepped out of her comfort zone with her very first respite stay!

We’re so proud of the growth she’s shown and the energy she brings to our community each week.

The All Access Day at the Park and the Accessible Beach Program are incredible outcomes of Council’s All Abilities Action Plan 2024–2028 — all working towards a more inclusive Sunshine Coast for people with disability 💪 🩵

Our Microbusiness crew were just some of the legends supporting this day… and what an honour it truly was! With accessible beach wheelchairs available and Dicky Beach showing off its talent, it was a perfect reminder of what inclusion in action looks like.

A special shout-out to Kaiden, who stood up and shared the inspiration behind Kaiden’s Cup Studio. His voice was the narration behind this reel - and he absolutely nailed it! 👏

NeuroplayAustralia - Play Therapy and Child Counsellor ✨

NeuroPlay Australia offers gentle, child-led Play Therapy designed to help children express themselves, build emotional confidence, and feel truly understood in a safe and supportive space.

Sessions are available in Tewantin and now offering in-home visits, which means they can support families right across the Coast, including our Currimundi school kids.
