I love my rose bush, it’s called Mothers love.. I brought it for myself about 4 mothers days ago, it had 4 roses on it at the time and I have 4 children so it resonated with me. It brings me joy to see it blossom. What brings you joy?

Moving my body and educating myself all at the same time… I enjoy learning new things to add to my “tool box” or having a refresher on something I have already done, it keeps the energy flowing and gives me a sense of peace. This book is part of my “homework” for a course I am finishing called “Energy Reset” it’s a great healing practice that resonates with me and I am looking forward to sharing it with others 🥰💫

Self love day today… I think it’s important for us all to take time for ourselves, we get caught up in life and sometimes we forget about the things that bring us joy and keep us balanced.. I love being near the ocean, it makes me feel calm and peaceful but as I live 55 minutes away from it I have seen less and less of it since my move and at first I didnt realise why I felt a bit off…. And then I had the awareness that I need to make the effort to be near the beach as much as I can. It recharges me and does things to me and my soul that I don’t fully comprehend but I know it’s a good thing..
