I've been quite for some time now because there hasn't been much to report until a few days ago. I've now take what time I needed to process, that after almost 2 years off chemo come next Sunday I'll be back on chemo. While I've always maintained a strong face to my battle, this latest news had been a bit of a sucker punch to the gut but if I take a second I'll readjust my crown, reignite the fire in my belly and step back in the arriena

Shameless post workout selfie. 5 years ago I was at the gym by 6am 5 days a week busting my butt to loose weight, build my strength, run harder and faster. These days I'm happy if I'm feeling well enough to get to the gym. Walk or run a little on the treadmill and do 2 or 3 sets with our without weights. Dosen't always matter when or how you turn up, just that you turned up and did your best 👏💕

Every warrior needs a bit of art. This one is a representation of my battle. With a scheduled MRI on Friday results on Wednesday I'm hoping this will mark the end of my journey with the Big C and the beginning of living to the fullest knowing I've beaten one of life's biggest challenges 😀
