Like so many other nurse-led clinics across Queensland, I’ve poured my heart, time and savings into building a space that is safe, ethical and patient-focused. These recent changes from QLD Health put enormous strain on small practices like mine, and it’s heartbreaking to think that the future of our businesses and the care we provide is now under threat.

We are qualified, experienced professionals who deserve the chance to continue doing what we love without being burdened to the point where survival feels impossible. I hope our voices are heard and a fair, workable amendment can be made
