Clay sculpting is a wonderful tool for individuals to be able to gain a sense of agency and empowerment as they discover new parts of themselves and explore their inner and outer worlds, personal identities, and narratives.
Individuals have the opportunity to play and experiment, make choices and create a visual and symbolic representation with the clay to mirror their own personal growth and transformation, which can extend beyond the creative art session.

Exploring Your Inner Child

By creating a safe and nurturing space, we can use various art modalities, such as painting, sculpting, dance, and sound therapy to explore and make sense of our past, ultimately working towards deeper healing and self-acceptance.

Creative Arts Therapy can be particularly beneficial in its nonverbal form when working with past issues and wounds from childhood. Using art as a gentle tool to assist us in communicating our thoughts and feelings, that would otherwise be challenging to articulate in words.
