IMPORTANT UPDATE!! 🩸

I am so proud to share that period products are now recognised as a workplace health and safety consideration in Safe Work Australia's Code of Practice for Managing the Work Environment and Facilities.

This is incredibly important as our 2024 Bloody Big Survey told us 55.6% of people have missed work due to their period, and for 1 in 3, it was because they were afraid of leaking.

That fear is stressful, isolating and preventable.

No one should have to choose between their job and their dignity, especially in workplaces with long or irregular shifts, remote or secure sites, or where you can’t access your belongings or pop out to the shops when your period arrives unexpectedly.

We’ve been quietly working behind the scenes to help make this change happen, and it’s a powerful step towards the fairer, more inclusive workplaces we know are possible.

Thank you to Safe Work Australia for standing with us and believing, like we do, that dignity matters. We’re taking this momentum straight into 2026 🙏
