Hello beautiful people 🌞

We are a small, experienced company on the Sunshine Coast, and due to our growth, we are looking to add to our fantastic team of casual support workers -

✔️Our participants request female support workers that have availability to start early January.

✔️Minimum of 1 years experience as a Support
Worker

✔️Current First aid, CPR

✔️Availability for shifts across Mondays - Saturdays, mainly during the days.

✔️Super annuation and Qleave paid. Award wages paid under the community access SCHADS award

✔️Supportive company with ongoing professional
development training offered

✔️Regular Supervision and support with managers that have over 20 years experience in the industry

✔️Individuals looking for stability in their employment and aiming to remain with their employer for at least 1-2 years

We’re proud to be part of the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower network! 🌻

Not all disabilities are visible. Some, like autism, anxiety, chronic pain or hearing loss, are hidden and may not be instantly recognised.

By joining this global initiative, we are helping make the invisible visible. Staff across our customer contact centres, libraries, and community venues are now trained to support Sunflower wearers.

🥳...Top achievement post incoming...🥳

We are all so very proud of our Miss G.

She has come so far since we first met her, and has been achieving some amazing goals while out on her supports around the Sunshine Coast.

Miss G has not only joined a local choir and made new connections there, she has gained much more confidence in exploring new places with new people, has worked hard in advancing her photography skills, and shown immense improvement in her fitness goals - attending a PT session each week, and increasing her daily steps when out in the community.

Keep up the good work, it is very inspiring and motivating to watch you blossom and live your best life 🌞🎉💪
