It’s a big f$&k off number, and an even bigger number is the amount of kids who need help, support, and inclusion.

We’re running so Sunny Coast kids get some lunches for school, and shoes for their feet no matter their background, ability, or circumstance.

What a year!
As we wrap up our 2025 workshops, a huge thank-you to everyone who joined us over the last 12 months.
Together we explored tools for stress mitigation, reframed unhelpful stories, strengthened emotional balance, and took meaningful steps toward purposeful, fulfilling living. navigating life with skill, balance, and psychological–physical congruence.
To our JMT community and team: thank you for showing up and doing the work.
✨ And… we’re excited to announce our next workshop in February 2026!
We can’t wait to continue this journey with you.
Here’s to the growth behind us and the breakthroughs ahead.

When we struggle in life, it's vital we lean on our mates - and not just any old friends, either.

They must be positive influences; they must understand you; they must be happy for your wins and pained by your defeats; they must have stood by you during difficult moments.

Healthy friendships act like charging stations. They can power us up, and I've found that strong social support networks are vital when looking to maintain our mental health and mental strength.

This is particularly so for men, who are notoriously bad at reaching out for connection, especially when things are not going so well.

Surround yourself with people who see your value and remind you of it!
