This had nothing to do with leg extensions.

A young girl finished her set at 15 reps.
She was tired. Her legs were sore. In her mind… she was done.

I asked her to sit back down and try again after she rested.

She looked at me like it was impossible.

I told her, “That’s okay. Just do your best. But this time… use your mind.”

She pushed past 20.
Then 25.
Then 30.

I could see it in her eyes. She was in the zone.

I said, “Stay there. Stay in the zone.”

And something changed.

35… 40… 45… 50.

Her body didn’t change in that moment.
Her belief did.

When I asked her what she learned, she said:

“I can do more than I thought I could.”

That’s the lesson.

Our job as adults isn’t just to train bodies.
It’s to build belief.

Because when a young person starts believing in themselves…
it changes everything.

Belief is the superpower. ❤️
