You know that sound when someone bites into a chip or an apple, that crunch is way louder than it needs to be?
Yeah… that kind of sound has always annoyed me.
And honestly, some evenings feel exactly like that. You’re just trying to wind down after a long day, maybe watch something, maybe scroll a bit, or just lie there, and suddenly every tiny noise feels like it’s turned up to max.
😬 The neighbour upstairs drops something again.
🚪 A door slams somewhere down the hallway.
🐶 Someone’s dog decides it’s the perfect time to share its life story with the whole building.
I started using a couple of things from Sleep & Sound just to soften the noise a bit..
Nothing dramatic, just small things that make evenings feel a bit serene and less overstimulating. Not perfect, but definitely quieter. And honestly, that’s all I really want at the end of the day.
