Yesterday I had the pleasure of being a guest facilitator at the Self Love Reignited Gathering by . Here I offered Connection to Land & Open Space guided process, and a Cacao Ceremony.

At the end of the event, I was surprised at just how many women came up to me to acknowledge the significance of my words and energy during these two processes - without any script.

To offer these processes/ceremonies, there are no preconceived words, or preparation that I do. It's a completely channeled offering, where I am so deeply connected to Mama Cacao - I know her intimately. She leads, and I follow. I lead and she follows. A beautiful dance of energies that create a unique interaction that is specific to the moment, the theme of the experience, and the energy of the group.

The same is said for my connection to land - my capacity to attune to Pachamama in her unique expression in a particular location. The same process happens as I offer the transmission that opens the space - a dance between herself and me, once again channelled specifically for that moment in time with that group.

To me this is the art of ceremony, to speak into the energies that are live and present. To be a voice for Pachamama, and a voice for the vehicle of Mama Cacao - the medicine of the heart.

I deeply love my soul service work, but of all the things I love, ceremonies are my absolute favourite. The power of the group transformation is potent - the ancestors come alive, the elemental forces take on the energies of the space, and Pachamama - the mother of all - deeply holds and renews the space.

I have one final Shamanic Ceremony before the year is out! With Mama Cacao as our vehicle, we take a journey of The Condor's Perspective - the shamanic power animal that allows us to rise and see beyond the minutia of life.

Yesterday I had a brand new client, who was greeted by my “doorbell dog”.

As she came into my healing space, she asked what my dog’s name was.

Her name is Queegy, I said.

And she said, that sounds like Scully’s dog!

Oh my gosh yes! Queequeg is her name, Queegy for short, named after Scully’s dog from the X-Files! No one has EVER guessed that!

Best start to a client session ever! 🐶
