For 12 years, I’ve stood on the frontlines for cannabis patients.
Not for profit.
Not for politics.
Not for popularity.
For people.
For lives.
For truth.
That’s how Harmony in Healthcare was born — not from corporate agendas or government permission, but from real stories, real suffering, real healing, and a fight that has cost many of us more than anyone will ever understand.
And now?
The United States government has just taken one of the most catastrophic backward steps in modern medical history — and it’s NOT conspiracy, it’s NOT rumours, and it’s NOT media spin:
👉 Congress has passed legislation that will effectively re-criminalise most h**p-derived cannabinoids in the next 12 months.
This includes delta-8, delta-10, THCA, and many of the plant compounds patients rely on for pain relief, seizure control, sleep, nausea, trauma recovery, end-of-life care — you name it.
And yes, the language IS real.
It IS official.
It WAS voted on.
But here’s the part the public doesn’t know:
❗ The final bill text hasn’t even been uploaded to Congress.gov yet — but the restrictive clauses ARE locked in and confirmed through federal committee records.
Think about that.
They passed the law before the public could even read the law.
This is how prohibition is reborn.

🔥 THE EXACT CLAUSES THEY THINK YOU WON’T READ
These are taken directly from the committee versions Congress voted on — the same wording that will hit the public record once the final enrolled bill drops:
1️⃣ New h**p definition (federal law revision)
> “Hemp” must contain no more than 0.3% delta-9 THC AND 0.3% THCA on a dry-weight basis.
This OUTLAWS almost every consumable h**p product.
2️⃣ Total THC limits that destroy the entire retail market
> “No product may contain more than 0.4 mg THC per serving or 2 mg per package.”
This eliminates 99% of existing medical h**p-derived therapeutics.
3️⃣ Ban on synthesized / converted cannabinoids
> All cannabinoids produced through chemical conversion (delta-8, delta-10, HHC, THCA conversions, etc.) become illegal under federal law.
4️⃣ Mandatory enforcement countdown
> The changes take effect 12 months after the Act becomes law.
This is the 365-day clock patients are terrified of.
Because they should be.
