Not quite how I pictured my last week of pack-up before hitting the road 😅

Broken big toe and a laceration at my nail bed — definitely not on the agenda.

But what felt pretty crap at first ended up shifting some plans, and those changes have actually been really good ones.

A little reminder to go with the flow of what does happen, not just what we planned.

I’m walking, pain-free, and still moving forward ✔️
And next week, life looks very different as we roll into caravan life.

Land Healing for a beautiful family & their home

I completed a deeply supportive land healing today for a family who’ve lived in their home for about a year.

There were subtle things that hadn’t felt quite right — moments of feeling unsettled, triggered, or not fully “at home.”

We cleared and balanced the land, uplifted the energy of the space, and made a few gentle suggestions to support the home moving forward.

This kind of energy work supports the entire family — everyone benefits from a space that feels lighter and aligned.

The home now moves into its one-month integration phase, where everything gently shifts and settles.

It’s always such an honour to help families feel more grounded, at ease, and truly supported by their home. 🌿

The Healer is Human Too

The healer you come to for balance also has her own moments of deep release and recalibration..

This week, I’ve swapped my divining rods for paving tools — grounding through something completely new (and a little hard on the muscles!).

The full moon energy has been strong, inviting me to clear some old, heavy layers.

Getting hands-on with the earth has been the perfect reminder that healing isn’t always light and flowy — sometimes it’s gritty, sweaty, and beautifully human.

We’re all moving energy, in our own ways. One layer, one step… one paver at a time.

Sometimes the healer needs healing too…

The past couple of weeks, I’ve been a little quiet here—because my body has been asking for extra support.

The lower back discomfort, hormonal imbalances, achy joints, and recurring early-morning wake-ups were my signals to slow down and listen.

Leaning into rest, feeling into the emotions that needed acknowledgment and release, spending time grounding my body each day, and using the Body Code to shift imbalances has helped me support my body and find balance again.

Here’s to listening to my body’s wisdom—not seeing these signals as getting in the way of life, but as the “check engine light” before things escalate into something bigger that could stop me in my tracks.

Even as a healer, it’s easy to keep going—but taking care of yourself isn’t selfish—it’s essential.

Healing is a journey for all of us, including those who guide it.

Taking this time has been restorative, and I’ll be back here sharing and guiding soon.

Mapping the Magic Beneath Our Feet

Here’s the completed map from a recent remote land healing.

All those colourful lines?

They show what’s happening beneath the surface, deep in the ground — little energy stories that can sometimes tangle up life, health, or even the smooth flow of a business.

Ley lines – natural energy currents (they can be uplifting or a little disruptive!)

Underground water – often stirs up energetic wobble and imbalance

Geopathic stress – hotspots that make a space feel “off”

When these layers are rebalanced, everything lightens — the space feels calmer, brighter, and more supportive to live and work in.

This type of land & space healing can be done for homes, businesses, and even before you rent or buy a property — making sure the energy feels just right from the start.

Behind the scenes of a remote Land Healing 🌏

Who says energy work has to be all serious?

This remote session for an apartment building looked a little like this…

It’s a beautiful blend of intuition, intention, and a little bit of magic 💫

This past week we had to say goodbye to one of the big trees in our yard. It was no longer thriving and on a very precarious lean into out neighbours yard.

Trees hold and anchor energy — their roots, their canopy, even the way they guide water through the earth.

When one is removed, the land can feel very unsettled… like a sudden gap in its heartbeat.

Today I’ll be working to rebalance the soil, roots, and flow where this tree once stood. It’s part of the unseen work of Land and Space Healing — tending to changes beneath our feet.
