Last night we shared a space of deep intention. The medicine was real - received with love, held in truth and reflected in every heart present.

Spirit of Stillness: The Way of Yin – Spirit Yin Online Training.

In the stillness, we remember. Through the breath, we return.
Yin is the art of surrender - the softening into what is, the remembering of the body and our spirit as the teacher.

This is your invitation to journey within - to slow down, to listen, to reconnect with the wisdom that already lives inside you.

We begin Tuesday evening, 18 November - followed by a full-day online immersion on Sunday, 23 November. A sacred online journey for teachers, space holders and seekers of stillness.

I’ve returned to the one-on-one space, beautiful friends 🤍

This week I’m opening three private sessions - Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday. Tuesday is already booked.

There’s one appointment Wednesday and one Thursday at Wildfire Fitness Australia - Eumundi.

These sessions weave Cacao, Breathwork and Yin for Integration - a space to release stored emotion, soften the body and remember who you are.

You can also add on a sauna + ice bath experience afterwards to deepen your reset.
