We are beyond excited to announce that and I will be sharing Vinyasa to Yin Flow at 🌿✨

This is where movement meets stillness. Where fire softens into surrender. Where breath becomes the bridge.

We’ll begin with an embodied, fluid Rocket Vinyasa Flow 🚀awakening heat, strength and presence in the body - before melting into the deep, nourishing medicine of Yin.

It’s dynamic.
It’s grounding.
It’s devotional.

Pranafest is about community, connection and coming home to yourself and this offering is exactly that. A journey through effort and ease. Yang and Yin. Pulse and pause.
