One of my greatest passions is sharing the practice of Yin Yoga.

It has been such a beautiful journey of discovering myself through this practice…and witnessing others unlock a wisdom they never knew existed - something held deep within.

Yin is not about being perfect and it’s not about delivering the perfect class. The essence of Yin is connection.

Learning how to come into your body. To listen. To create a sense of safety within yourself.

From here, the body softens.
From here, you begin to feel.
From here, you can truly surrender.

This is where the practice begins.

I teach to empower you to find your own voice. To trust your way of holding space. To share this practice in a way that feels true to you - in your bodies way. .
