Ancient History: In 1983 I was located in the isolated Star Mountains of Papua New Guinea. Supporting the local community at the Ok Tedi Gold and Copper Mine. The company through which I was engaged grew from humble beginnings to eventually employ over 300+ tradespeople and sold in 2008 in eight figures in local currency. During the formative years I consulted with executives and staff across a broad spectrum of fields: Senior Mining Executives, Banking, Legal, Financial, and Human Resources as well as middle management, tradespeople, and unskilled labour, crossing the bounds of cultural diversity and respecting the rights of the local landowners. Current History: Mother of four, Grandmother to 5 +3 (lovingly inherited). Director and CEO of Roz Wright Consulting, and Manager of an extensive Residential Property Portfolio.
