This day carries a really special energy.

We begin with a gentle herbal walk and medicine session, connecting with nature, traditional wisdom, and the quiet rhythms that support healing. It’s grounding, calming, and deeply present.

By this point in the retreat, something has softened. There’s more ease. More laughter. A sense of inner calm that often surprises people.

The day finishes with a celebratory dinner shared with the group. A moment to reflect, connect, and honour the journey you’ve taken together, not just individually, but as a community.

This day is a reminder that transformation doesn’t always feel dramatic.

Sometimes it feels like lightness. Connection. And coming home to yourself.

Healing was never meant to be rushed.

It’s not just about the mind, or the body, or even the spirit on its own.
It’s all of it. And the environment you’re in matters too.

So many of us keep trying to think our way out of exhaustion. We rest for a weekend, book a massage, take a few days off… and then return to the same patterns, carrying the same weight.

Sometimes what’s needed isn’t more effort, but more space.
Space to slow the nervous system.
Space to listen to what the body has been holding.
Space to reconnect with yourself in a way that feels safe, supported, and deeply nourishing.

Bali Bliss brings together psychology, gentle somatic practices, restorative and spiritual elements, all held within an environment designed for true rest and reflection. Not to fix you. But to help you remember yourself.

Could be described as the most expansive day of the retreat.

We will enjoy learning to cook delicious traditional Balinese dishes, while learning about the foundations of their farming and cooking practices. Then we will feast on the food we've prepared.

The evening will be incredibly special as we experience the power of sound at the Pyramids of Chi. Be taken on a sound journey as you relax deeply with the incredible architecture and acoustics of the pyramid.

Transformation begins when you feel safe enough to soften.
