Its not every day you get to witness a World Record but yesterday I had the pleasure of playing a small part of an epic adventure.

AMAZING, even down to the last minute. You didn't miss a beat, well deserved. Congratulations World Record holder.

we tried, super proud of you, sometimes the body just doesn't want to come to the party.

The human body is amazing, it blows my mind every day.
The human spirit; resilience, strength and courage, so powerful yet so humbling.

There is so much to learn and so much still unknown about the beautiful creations that we are. And sometimes we get a glimpse of how truly powerful we can be.

So much gratitude to these 2 men for allowing me to be part of their day.
