JUST DON'T DO IT !! Please people, open your mind & "THINK" before you go & buy a child a puppy or Kitten for Christmas. The RSPCA is filled up with "Unwanted" Christmas "Gifts"..... Animals are Gods Gift to Humanity, We are supposed to be there Carer's & love them for the unconditional Love they give to us... They are NOT "GIFTS" They are living, sentient beings.... They require you to commit to 14-16 years of giving them good food, vets bills, shelter from heat & Cold, Fresh water DAILY... Dogs also require exercise every day, take them for a good walk & you will benefit from the exercise daily as well. If you CANNOT commit to these basic rules then PLEASE.... Real Number 1) "DO NOT Buy ANYONE a PET as a GIFT" & NEVER Buy a PET For ANOTHER persons child or even an Adult UNLESS You have first checked with the Parent of the Child or the Grown up children of an elderly Family Member. If you want a gift for a child then please go to a Toy Shop, Big W, K Mart & you will find something more suitable there with many shelves filled with "Toys".... Warning to ALL Cat & Dog Owners – The other thing I see too often now that the weather warms up is pet owners leaving their Dog tied up outside large Supermarkets. Chances are that you will be in there for more then a few minutes.
Firstly, Dog Fights are still running around most states in outer suburbs... The add above tells you about the way they obtain “victims” to train their pit bull to fight. So PLEASE Do NOT leave your Dog tied up outside ANY shopping centre on its own because if your Dog is friendly, it will more than likely NOT Bark or Growl at someone neatly untying their leash after proffering some dog treats. It just takes less than 1 minute & your loved Pet will be in someone’s car & on its way to a Dog Fighting Ring.... Also, if you keep your pets in a fully enclosed back yard with a wooden gate. Look around your yard to see if there are any places that would be easy access for these teens cruising around or side gates into your backyard that just open with a lift latch... If that’s what you have & you Love your Dog, PLEASE BUY A PADLOCK.
2ndly. If you are not a responsible pet owner & have not had your Cat spayed to prevent kittens every season & you just put up an advert in your local paper or on the Shopping Centres Pin Board saying “Kittens Free to Good Home” then PLEASE Get Your Cat Spayed.... Kittens are called “Chew Toys” to these sick psychopaths. The wife or girlfriend will come pick them up. They will arrive at the site used to keep Dogs chained or caged in & these innocent kittens will be sprayed with those cans of Fluro colours in a different colour & then thrown into a space with a few dogs. The psychopaths bet on which colour kitten will last the longest before being mauled, bitten, shaken & then torn apart & finally death... If you WANT to have a Pet female Cat, GET IT SPAYED!!!! Thank You!!

This is so true and why so many dogs are dumped every year
ADOPT a dog that suits your life style..... Don't give a puppy awake to a young child as a gift... The novelty wears off & guess WHO is going to have to remember to feed the puppy or kitten... Animals are alive, loving & have spirit... They are NOT Toys!!

Every day an as***le is surrendering their dog or cat because they're having a baby, or getting married, or moving. Selfish pieces of 💩💩 who don't deserve this beautiful Animals gifts to us from God.... If there life is so busy then it would have been better to have NOT got the Puppy or Kitten from a Puppy Mill or a Pet Shop.... Please consider giving adopting a Rescue Dog or a Senior Dog.... It is so much harder to get seniors re-homed... These are special furry angels & they will Love you twice as much every day so that they can give you double the amount of love & companionship you could ever need squashed into the time that they will have left with you.... Check out the RSPA in your area, any Animal Rescue in or near to your area.... God Bless you for giving a loving home to a Senior Cat or Dog.... 😔 🙏💖 Its not their fault they are older but then so are we!!! Perfecto...
