I just spoke to my client who had a Reiki treatment this week ❤️
I make it a practice to check in and see how each client is feeling after their Energy Healing.

Like most of my clients she was in shock that she had slept 8 hours in a deep and relaxing sleep.
Most clients fall asleep in the Reiki session and If you fall asleep during your Reiki treatment it’s an indication that you are able to let go of your mind and body and experience deep healing.

Reiki activates your parasympathetic nervous system (the system responsible for regulating your digestion, slowing your heart rate and lowering your blood pressure), and creates an optimum environment for healing ❤️How good is that!

I was asked today if pregnant women can have Reiki and the answer is YES!

The body of an expectant mother goes through a lot of changes during pregnancy; the energy balance in her body is under constant pressure, potentially making her “weaker” physically and emotionally. Taking a Reiki treatment during pregnancy helps balance her energies and cleanses body and spirit, helping her relax deeply and react quickly to all body changes and lifestyle. This is highly beneficial in helping her pregnancy to develop in a stable and natural manner.

Of course, you must seek doctor’s attention if you notice anything out of the ordinary.

Benefits of Reiki for Pregnant Women are :-

Eases Physical Discomfort: Reiki healing is effective for relieving physical discomforts often associated to pregnancy. The human hormones associated with pregnancy often cause gastric problems during pregnancy. An energy healing treatment during pregnancy not only helps in relaxing the gastrointestinal walls, thereby reducing the sensation of nausea, but also aids in providing relief from hip, back or ligament pain that is often experienced by pregnant women as their pregnancy progresses. (2+2+2+2+0+2+2) This is the 53rd day of the year which adds an 8 DAY (5+3=8) to this 8 WEEK in this 8 MONTH. 8 is the number of POWER. 
And those six 2s not only connect to the 6 YEAR of 2022, with its emphasis on HOME and FAMILY, but they also add up to 12, which produces 3 - the number of COMMUNICATION, the ARTS, the STAGE, the WORLD STAGE, and the art of STAGING. 
This intense numeric combination is likely to bring mixed messages, signals, and feelings. 3 emphasizes friends and enemies, innovation and stagnation, creativity and destructiveness. 
So, whatever is going on in your life, or in the world, be aware of just how CONNECTED we all are on this planet - our collective home. This is a day for putting our priorities in the right order.

While receiving Reiki, most people who are receptive to this modality feel deep relaxation gradually infuse their bodies; some fall asleep and may dream. They may feel increased warmth in various areas of the body. Immediately mist experience a soothing effect as reiki energy runs through areas that are affected by migraine, poor health or physical injury.

You may not know if the session will create the results you were seeking for up to a week. Clients have had injuries and illnesses heal faster, pain decrease, stress lessen and have slept better.

Be aware also that there may be improvements in your emotional, mental, physical or spiritual realms, even if you intended results in one only realm. This is because the root cause of an ailment or imbalance is being addressed. If the symptom you wanted to heal was healed, it might return were the underlying cause not addressed.❤️

Best part of a healing is I also receive this at the time I channel this beautiful energy in my dedicated space ❤️

THE 6 YEAR is a time to re-invent yourself - a journey of responsibility, relationship, balance, love, and healing. Balance is your key focus.

In the 6 Year, you will want to become more self-reliant and secure, and to establish your ‘place’ in the world. You may also have to focus on the needs of someone else and in most cases, the best way to help others is by letting them be responsible for themselves.

The 6 Year emphasizes love and matters of the heart including marriage, family, children, parents, close friends, duty, the home, healing, education, security, peace, and creativity. Both the pleasures and the problems of your personal life will predominate. When love is your motivation, almost anything can be achieved.

By letting people be who they really are, any manipulative instincts will start to feel out of place, and your emotions will flow openly and lovingly. Others will feel at ease in your presence. You are a very different person to the one you were just a couple of years ago. You have grown. You have evolved. And it’s about time you reflected more of the ‘new’ you. ❤️

How amazing ❤️
Love being a Healer and Reiki Master as we can access the gift of Reiki energy and divine light any time it is thought of, more so it cleans and opens the chakras so they are able to work at their full potential. 

Interestingly the more we use this divine energy, the more we are cleared of energy that does not suit a higher purpose. 
When our chakras are open we are at our fullest potential to access spiritual gifts because the upper chakras resonate with higher level intuitive and psychic abilities. 

You can experience a higher perceived vibration because of the chakras opening and the lower level energy is cleared. One particular client felt this vibration from the crown chakra down through her body as a consequence.

I have Reiki Guides that join me on my journey and often feel them step into the Healing room and the client will sometimes mention they thought someone else was in the room. We have the assistance of higher powers such as spirit guides, ancestors, elemental beings, Earth spirits and angels.  I call in the previous Reiki Masters and know one guide in particular works with me.
These divine guides can provide significant healing information regarding my client.  Calling in my guides can significantly impact the level of healing.

Held space today for the most beautiful Distance Reiki Energy Healing ❤️

Working with energy means it travels through time and space and goes exactly where it is needed.
We were joined by my clients spirit guide which was a beautiful feminine energy. I invite guides, spirit and my Reiki Masters to join us in the dedicated healing space I work in.
Affirmations, sensations and the warmth of Reiki’s healing energy flowing through the chakra centres as I guide my client through the session.

The most beautiful chakra - the Heart Chakra ❤️

The heart chakra is, unsurprisingly, all about love. But it’s not just romantic love for a partner; it’s also love for yourself.
It governs affection, compassion, acceptance, trust, kindness, and especially giving and receiving.

In some spiritual practices, it’s the center of spiritual connection, and in chakra colours, it’s given the color green—which makes sense, considering that it’s often easier to cultivate those qualities when in nature.

Working with the heart chakra in a Reiki Healing can have profound effects for the client bringing balance between heart, mind and our emotions for emotional stability ❤️

Anxiety at an energetic level, anxiety and depression arise from a lack of overall balance in our energy system, affecting several chakras. The best way to banish this habit of overthinking and the consequent anxiety is to balance the first chakra i.e. the Root chakra. The Root chakra connects us to the earth and grounds us in the reality of the present moment. This chakra is related to our survival and basic needs of life as well as to our sense of worth.

Reiki helps to align our energy vortexes to an optimally functional state and helps to keep us grounded, even in potentially stressful situations. Thus we do not lose the charge of our state of mind and stay in equanimity, despite all odds. Not only that, but Reiki also helps us take control of our external situations including finances, relationships and health issues. Reiki helps to clear all our doubts and insecurities about ourselves and our lives, letting our True Self shine through.❤️
