At Maleny Mountain Yoga, overlooking the Obi Valley at Witta, 7 minutes from Maleny, we offer classes in Ashtanga Yoga Basics, TaiChi, Zenthai yoga. Private sessions are available in Yoga Therapy (Member AAYT) and Zenthai Shiatsu Therapy. All welcome. Beginners welcome. TaiChi for beginners $15 and Advanced TaiChi Form Tuition $20.

Excited to let you know that there will be a demonstration of Acro Yoga at the Australia Day festival at the Maleny Showgrounds on Sunday, 26 January. There’ll be one demonstration at 10:15 am and one at 11:15 am. Come along and join in!

FUNCTIONAL MOVEMENT WORKSHOP Reclaim postural alignment and strength with some basic yoga movement tools. Tracy is offering one on one or small group workshops which aim to help unlearn old movement patterns that develop in everyday life and can lead to pain. These workshops can be on a mutually agreed time frame and the cost is by donation. Please DM for more info or with questions.
