Effortless Effort

Combine Adho Mukha Vrksasana (handstand) with Salamba Sirsasana (headstand) and you might find the possibility of balancing… and staying… finding ease amidst the effort.

Video sped up x 2

Lifting one leg up slowly from the chair contributes to the pose remaining stable and can also enable one to go up with the ‘alternate leg’ (I.e. your less dominant leg).
