I’m really excited to introduce my brand new website — because my work has evolved, and it needed a home that matches it.

I’m Claudia Rodino — kinesiologist and coach — and I help my clients shift patterns through the body, not just the mind. We regulate the nervous system, we release what’s been held, and we build a new inner safety… so you can actually receive the life you want.
