Be You.
Caring for others. Even when they are gone. Can leave you in some fog. It takes time for all be worked out.

Things will lift the fog in time.

Things that didnt work a month ago. Will now have solutions and work. Maybe different.

You still are changed but, move forward with them in your heart or you have realised the fog part.

I am going thru the changes. Transforming Essentially Aware. Using time to do things that have been on hold.

Here we are at Friday. Looking brighter as you do a step at a time. It transforms the energy.

Enjoy these moments. Enjoy decisions being made. Enjoy quiet time to self. Enjoy the month of love in all its forms..

Many changes in 24 hours. My head exploding. Not great but, not bad in light of day.
Have to sit with what I just said to web designer.
Allowing time to pause later. Connect with self.

Diffuser with Mango Myrtle 2, Lemon scented Euc 1, and Northern Sandalwood 2. Love the aroma. For my resting area. May you enjoy.

Pause. Reflect. What has to be released?

Time to action release as school starts back, January coming to a close, and prepare for new lunar year.

We dont have to light a candle. In parts of Victoria, that wouldnt feel right. Put a drop of Australian Cypress White (wood) on cotton pad or in diffuser (30 mins). Smell the aroma, allow it to help you release. Follow your gut feeling how you release ie: writing or a ritual.

Allow yourself time.

Those in fire areas please stay safe.

Rose, a symbol of universal love.

Pick a rose today to remember 'Bondi'. The suggestion of a candle outside or on windowsill - perhaps for fire risk use a battery operated one on concerete (avoid grass when not monitiored).

Do something kind today.

No flower? If, have rose essential oil, diffuse a drop as you pause at 7.01pm. No essential oil? Spray your favourite perfume into the air. A moment to be at peace, and honour them.

Breathe. Look after you.
