Trying compression socks.

Had the tights but, what an effort! Plus, easy to put hole in.

This is not an ad. Just excited. I am happy with getting them on. No pain. The designs are great. Still test mode.

Aromatherapy has its place in the care. Compression socks managing blood flow. Healthy eating. It is never one thing.

Roses at times represent comfort in grief. The softness to land on.

This week, I listened to a homily. He encouraged us to not hold back the tears. Let them flow. It is the human experience. It is part of the process. He was concerned for those holding it in. Words are a blessing.

Sit with the grief. Allow others to sit with it. Do not judge or turn away. Each persons journey is different.

Be there in the moment. You dont have to put words to it. Reflect on the love that remains with you. Your journey. I like to smell a rose, it is a connection.

For you, it will be different. You will find your way.....

Surprise!

A delight to go out to do a little gardening.

You see some flowers blooming. A delight for the senses.

Did some tidying up but, weather was muggie. Plus, back pain, I am easing myself.

This sprinkle of rain is lovely to remind us of Autumn, and new beginnings as approach Easter. To slow the pace down. Notice the moments of garden fragrance.
