Worked right up until 40 weeks pregnant then this little girl decided to make an entrance. 😍😍👩‍🍼 Ùna Mae Robinson-Bennett born on the 19/03/2026. We are so in love and will be taking around 6 weeks off to be with my little girl. Feel free to get in touch to be put on the waiting list for sessions when I get back to work. In the meantime I’m just going to soak up every moment with this gorgeous girl ❤️

❤I would like to thank the amazing clients, friends and family over the years that have supported me. This one feels special as its the first time I have been recognised for my work with performance anxiety. 14 years ago I saw how much mental health, resilience and flow plays such a huge part of performing as an actor, dancer, singer, musician and athlete. From there I have made myself a student of the performers brain and have worked so hard to master its potential. Working out exactly what goes on in the brain and adapting and creating techniques to help performers break through barriers and mental blockages. I have loved every minute of working with performers over the years and finding new ways to help them achieve their goals. Heres to many more years of doing what I love. ❤

Annnnnd we are done! Wowsers! Thanks so much to my clients for another amazing year! I've been doing this for over 11 years now and I still absolutely love my job and love hearing all the amazing things my clients have been up to! Bring on 2026!!! 🎆

I’ve been very quiet on here but for good reason! I’ve been moving house, moving clinic, dealing with family sickness, hospital visits and all while growing a tiny human inside me. 🤩🤩😍😍 It’s been a whirlwind but very grateful for mine and my family’s health and the patience of my clients while going through this. Back to it now and loving it!
