We’re hiring!

AylaCare Support Services is looking for a reliable and compassionate Disability Support Worker to join our growing team. We are urgently seeking availability for Tuesday and Friday mornings, with ongoing before and after school hours available each week.

This role involves supporting young people with daily routines, school/work transitions, and building life skills in a positive, respectful environment.

✨ Experience in disability support is highly desired, but we are also open to passionate applicants who are willing to learn and complete required training.

✨ AylaCare Turns 1! ✨
Our first birthday celebration didn’t quite go to plan thanks to the weather, but today still marks such a special milestone… AylaCare is officially 1 year old!
What began as a small dream has grown into a team of 8 wonderful staff supporting 13 amazing families. This growth, trust and community is more than we could have ever imagined in our first year of business.
To our families, clients and support workers: thank you. Your support, kindness and belief in AylaCare has shaped everything we’ve achieved. From everyday supports to group day activities, road trips and even interstate and overseas holidays, watching our clients grow and thrive has been the most rewarding part of this journey.
Even though today didn’t go as planned, we can’t wait to celebrate properly with our beautiful AylaCare community very soon! 🩵🌿

We’d like to take a moment to acknowledge and wish a heartfelt farewell to our wonderful support worker, Alyssa, as she begins an exciting new chapter with a big move to Scotland.

Alyssa was one of our very first hires, and she quickly became a fan favourite—bringing warmth, reliability, and a steady backbone to our team. Her dedication and spirit have made a lasting impact on all of us.

We are going to miss Alyssa immensely, and we know our lovely clients will feel the same.
