If you were hoping to receive an in person Reiki Healings before Christmas, I’m happy to take you on a waiting list, should a cancellation arise.

Alternatively, Distance Reiki Healings are available to book, and of course, Gift Vouchers are always available

🔯 IT’S NOT ME, IT’S YOU!
Yes, you read that right 🤭 Amazing awakenings can happen post Reiki Healing, whether it be instant (lightbulb moment) or some time later (which you may or may not even realise).

It may be:
- regaining consistency in your nutrition and exercise
- finding forgiveness in a situation you could not get past
- moving through past trauma
- creating capacity to handle grief
- allowing yourself to hop off the hamster wheel and be more present and focused
- falling pregnant
- believing in yourself and removing the lid on your capabilities
- new doors opening for your next chapter

And it’s all YOU. I am the one who holds the space to allow you to come back home to yourself. Your body does the Healing and you’ve given yourself permission to do so!

The power is in the surrender to strip back what was blocking that path and holding you back 🤗

☘️ The most beautiful Reiki Healings can be when emotion is released.
Don’t ever apologise for having tears, breaking down or feeling heavy during or post session. Releasing is all part of your healing journey and sometimes needs to happen to be able to move forward and through.

⚛️ This past week has shown me how much variety there can be in my Reiki Healings

➰ I had a lovely first timer who was not familiar with Reiki, and had a few underlying niggles. We worked closely on those areas through Reiki and Reflexology, aswell as a full body head to toe clearing and healing 🙏

➰I had a Distance Healing for an up and coming young athlete where we worked with overcoming anxiety and some High Performance Mindfulness techniques 🙏

➰ I sent Distance Reiki to a mum who was due to give birth via an elective caesarean the following day 🙏

➰ I had one of my amazing regular clients in, and her energy presented quite differently to previous times, in a really positive way. A terrific healing, and the crystal selected to take home at the end of the healing matched her vibe. Magical !! 🙏

Just a few examples worth sharing.
No matter your circumstance, Reiki won’t necessarily “fix” you or a problem, but it can definitely help you cope with whatever life throws at you.
