🌱 Telehealth Speech Pathologist – Paediatrics (Flexible Role)

Looking for meaningful, flexible work where you’re part of a team - not working in isolation?

Seed Ability is seeking a Speech Pathologist to join our paediatric team in a Telehealth role.

✔ Subcontractor or part-time options
✔ Minimum 1 day/week (up to 3 days available)
✔ Established paediatric caseload

You’ll be supported by:
• A Paediatric Team Leader
• An experienced multidisciplinary team (OT, Physio & Key Worker model)
• Allied Health Assistants on the ground delivering programs
• Strong admin systems and support
• Established Telehealth systems that are already working well

The role includes:
• Initial intakes and screenings
• Assessments and AAC trials (some already in place)
• Assistive Technology applications
• Parent coaching and support
• Therapy sessions (where suitable via Telehealth)
• AHA program + home program development
• Supervision of Allied Health Assistants

This role has been created to support continuity of care while our Speech Pathologist is on maternity leave.

We are a rural service - and these children genuinely need access to speech services. Your work will have real impact.

We’re looking for someone who values connection, collaboration and making a difference in rural communities.

Our 10th Christmas Party in our 10th year of Seed Ability 🎄

These women are phenomenal in the work they do every single day - in their roles, for our clients, and for our community.

But even more than that, it’s how they treat one another. The kindness, genuine friendship, laughter, and support they bring makes Seed Ability a place where people feel safe, valued, and truly comfortable being themselves.

What an incredible year it has been. I’m so proud of this team and so grateful to walk this journey with them.
