The Position

Aspire to Excel Physiotherapy is seeking a physiotherapist to work in their clinic and aged care based in Scottsdale. The demand for physiotherapy services in the area far outweighs the current availability of the clinicians. It is anticipated the role will be full time, but hours and days are negotiable.

This role offers a lot of variety to the successful physiotherapist as they will be able to work from the clinic and provide home visits to local clients as needed. As well as that they provide services to the local and reputable aged care facility providing pain management, exercise therapy, mobility and falls risk assessment.

This role is open to experienced physiotherapists, graduates, and internationally trained physiotherapists with limited registration, seeking a supervisor.

The Organisation

Aspire to Excel Physiotherapy was established in 2019 and is one of the only physiotherapy services that is based on the East Coast of Tasmania. They also operate in the North of Tasmania and are seeking to expand their services in Scottsdale. The room for business development is untapped so this would be your chance to jump in early and help Aspire to Excel Physiotherapy to flourish.

Scottsdale (just 60 minutes from Launceston) is the largest town between Launceston and the East Coast. The demand for physiotherapy services in the area far outweighs the current availability of the staff. It is anticipated the role will be part time or casual, but hours and days are negotiable.

This role offers a lot of variety to the successful physiotherapist as they will be able to work from the clinic/ gym and provide home visits to local clients as needed. As well as that they provide services to the local and reputable aged care facility providing pain management, exercise therapy, mobility and falls risk assessment.

This role is open to experienced physiotherapists, graduates, and internationally trained physiotherapists with limited registration, seeking a supervision.

Swansea is stunning seaside village with views of Tasmania’s world-famous Freycinet National Park. The locals are friendly and welcoming and your hardest choice living here may be what to eat and drink with an abundance of fresh seafood, farm fresh produce and wineries to visit.

Just a stone’s throw from so many sought after destinations such as Tasmania’s world-famous Wineglass Bay and other seaside towns like Bicheno, you will have no shortage of locations to explore from Swansea. Launceston is just over 1.5 hours away and Hobart is just over 2 hours’ drive.

Alternatively, for those wishing to remain in Hobart or Launceston then travel arrangements and accommodation may be negotiated.
